Welcome to Team Arellano's new home!
A new chapter is about to start for Drew Arellano, Iya Villania, and their kids as the construction of their first family home located in Taytay, Rizal is nearing its completion.
On December 4, 2022, Iya posted an Instagram Reel that showed the most recent update on the contstruction of their new residence.
She said, "So the little house that we're building here in Taytay is almost finished. It's just really a tiny home.
"[Over] there it's gonna be a playground for the kids, trampoline, the banyo..."
Some netizens were in awe of the playground, which looked like a children's park.
In response to these comments, Iya wrote, "Hahaa! The place was primarily designed for the kids :)"
The reel also showed Iya pointing to other parts of the house: "We have the outdoor kitchen, that's gonna be here."
"So yes, as you can see, there are still a few things missing, and ones of which are these switches," she continued.
After installing the switches in place, Iya went ahead to introduce the hangout area.
"And we have a hangout tambay area here... We're gonna have a ceiling fan up there because you know heat ain't nice," she said.
While the hangout area directly overlooks the yard, the second floor of their Taytay home is more enclosed and less spacious than other parts of the house.

"There's the view," she said in excitement.
The Arellano family home sits atop an elevated area, granting a sweeping view of the city.
Exactly a year ago, the mother of four shared photos from their groundbreaking ceremony, complete with construction gear and sand shovels for the little ones.
At the time, the celebrity parents chose not to disclose the location, but had already hinted in an exclusive interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) that they were eyeing a property in Rizal.
With all the switches and sockets being installed, it's only a matter of time before the Arellanos move to their new home for good!
