Beauty queen Pia Wurtzbach is selling her condo unit.
"But like all things in life, we grow, we transition, we seize the moment. We may even say 'thank you, next...' on to the next chapter," wrote the Miss Universe 2015 on Instagram.
The post came a day before Pia announced on Friday, May 5, 2023, that she and businessman Jeremy Jauncey tied the knot in Seychelles.
The beach wedding took place on March 24, 2023.
"FIRST SOLO HOME"
Pia turned sentimental as she looked back on her cherished moments and memories in her humble abode.
She wrote, "You may recognize these walls from my pictures. As much as I’ve shot a lot of content here, this condo was my very first solo home and it really meant a lot to me.
"For 3 years, it has given me a space to be myself, to express myself, to get to know myself better, to rest and destress. I could only wish I used the kitchen more to cook and have more loved ones over…"
The unit, according to Pia, is fully furnished and features a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, additional two bedrooms and bathrooms, a living room and dining area, a powder room, and a balcony.
Pia said that the condo unit is ideal for those who are single or a small family "looking for a space and purchasing a condo."
Continued Pia, "May it make you feel safe always and give you great memories like it did to me."
She put an email address in her post for those who are interested to inquire about the unit.
WHAT'S NEXT FOR PIA?
This latest move obviously indicates Pia turning over a new leaf as she writes a new chapter in her life as Mrs. Jauncey.
On January 26, 2022, Pia gave her Instagram followers a sneak peek of her new house, which has white walls, floor-length glass windows, and wood elements.
Pia playfully wrote, "Welcome Home, Pia! [emoji] ops…practice lang! [emoji] So pano ba to, BYOB na ba? Bring Your Own Bangko? [chair emoji] Wala pang laman tong bahay ko LOL!
"One of my personal projects this year is being hands-on with my new home. So excited to take you guys with me through the process! [blue heart emoji] What style do you think I’ll go for? [emoji]"
Pia's post received congratulatory comments from her loved ones, particularly showbiz friends.
"Thank you everyone for the sweet messages! [emoji] this was one of my big dreams and Im so happy [emoji]," responded Pia.
