Realtor Mike Adonis, enlisted by Daniel and Karla, announced the listing of the mother-and-son tandem's property via Instagram on December 5, 2023.

The announcement was made just a few weeks before Daniel put his Chevrolet Corvette Stingray C7 up for sale.
In his post, Mike also provided comprehensive details about the property, which comes with six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a car garage that can accommodate five to six vehicles.

Additional features of the house include a spacious living area, dining area, main kitchen, porch, lanai, grand staircase, master bedroom walk-in closet, breakfast nook, auxiliary kitchen, laundry and service area, electric room, storage room, balcony, maid's room, and driver's room.
Mike Adonis also highlighted that the asking price for this impressive property is PHP50 million.
In a vlog uploaded on YouTube last Wednesday, January 17, 2024, Ogie Diaz said Karla wanted to sell the house "kasi gusto nang lumipat ni Karla sa bandang south."
Based on Karla's Instagram updates, she and her family are still living in their Quezon City home, where they spent the holidays.
It's worth noting that Daniel purchased this modern Mediterranean home as a special gift for his mom.
In numerous interviews, Karla revealed that this dwelling is her "dream home," marking the first instance she has owned a property of such magnitude since entering the entertainment industry.
During an August 2018 episode of Magandang Buhay, Daniel affirmed that he constructed a separate residence for himself adjacent to his mother's home. He shares this space with his brother JC.
Daniel shared that he took an active role in building his home despite his busy schedule.
He said, "Pag may mga free day, andun lang naman yung architect sa kabila rin... Yung house naman, katabi lang ng house namin talaga."
