Jinkee Pacquiao is no stranger to giving her followers curated glimpses of the sprawling General Santos City estate she shares with her husband, boxing legend and former senator Manny Pacquiao.

On August 19, 2025, she did it again, posting photos that spotlight the outdoor crown jewels of the property: the pool, the landscaped gardens, and a sleek modern pavilion.

Her caption was simply “Martes,” as if it were just another ordinary day in the life of an estate owner.

PACQUIAO ESTATE IN GENERAL SANTOS CITY

Resort-like pool area

The first photo featured a resort-style swimming pool framed by a pathway of rich brown tiles and thick greenery on either side.

Neatly trimmed shrubs lined the walkways, while a small flowering tree with vibrant orange and white blooms stood by the gate.

The pool gleamed in shades of blue, its surface broken only by pale trees planted in the deck and two blush-pink patio umbrellas shading a pair of loungers.

The entire set-up was enclosed by a white fence with vertical slats, offering a sense of privacy while preserving an airy, modern aesthetic.

Sleek Poolhouse Pavilion

Another photo zoomed in on one of the property’s newer showpieces: a poolhouse pavilion sitting directly above an infinity-style tiled pool.

The structure was a study in minimalism.

Crisp white walls, glass-paneled sliding doors, and gauzy curtains inside created an understated yet luxurious vibe.

Elevated slightly above the water level, the pavilion seemed to float, its reflection doubling its elegance on the pool’s surface.

It was a design choice that spoke of modern luxury—clean, uncluttered, and functional.

Whether it was intended as a guesthouse, a lounge, or simply a quiet retreat, the pavilion has become a sanctuary, with spaces dedicated to relaxation, leisure, and privacy.

A Garden in Bloom

One shot turned the lens toward the expansive gardens.

A stone pathway curved gracefully through perfectly manicured hedges, leading the eye toward a modern-roofed guesthouse partially hidden by towering trees.

Pink and purple blossoms filled the flowerbeds, softening the symmetry of the hedges with their organic bursts of color.

Potted plants dotted the yard, each seemingly placed with intention—to harmonize luxury with warmth.

Beyond the Outdoors

Wide shots of the property was not the only show of luxury in Jinkee's Tuesday post.

In a mirror selfie, Jinkee posed against a backdrop of designer skin-care bottles neatly lined across a vanity.

A portrait of herself in a hot pink suit hung behind her, reinforcing the theme of self-styled luxury.

Another close-up selfie showed her soft glam look, hair clipped casually with a gold accessory and her nails polished in a muted green shade.

Finally, a photo of a porcelain cup of coffee resting on a golden saucer, paired with an ornate leaf-handled spoon, was also uploaded.

A Pattern of Reveals

Over the years, Jinkee has chronicled on Instagram the estate’s evolution.

In November 2023, she showed off a “golden Christmas” theme that turned the living room into a holiday spectacle.

A towering centerpiece tree—styled by event designer Gideon Hermosa—was flanked by smaller trees, each adorned with butterflies, snowflakes, and gilded accents.

Outside, frosted trees lined the walkway, while fairy lights and poinsettia garlands completed the festive look.

Just a month later, in December 2023, she went viral for revealing the pantry of the mansion.

Using wire baskets, woven bins, and labeled jars with acacia screw caps, she showed her followers how she stored snacks, coffee, and spices with precision.

The reveal earned her praise for still doing some household duties.

Pacquiao's three-hectare estate has been under renovation since 2022, steadily transforming into the resort-like property that Jinkee now proudly shares online.
