Dennis Trillo and Jennylyn Mercado could be moving into their new home this 2026.
The married couple held hands while answering questions about their three-story house, which is already "100% percent complete."
"Tapos na siya. Cleaning na lang."
For those who are planning to construct a house of their own, what are the expenses that they should keep track of?
"Mga gastos...Alam mo, kapag nagpapagawa ng bahay, nanganganak sila. Yung mga gastos, patong nang patong," said Jennylyn with a laugh.
"Siyempre, iisipin mo, hindi lang yung pagpapatayo. Yung contractor, babayaran mo yun."
Jennylyn then turned to her husband and asked him to help her identify other expenses that need to be monitored.
"Architect, engineer..." said Dennis.
Jennylyn pointed out: "After matapos yung bahay, hindi pa dun matatapos kasi siyempre, may mga furniture pa, may fixtures pa saka iba pang pangangailangan."
How would they describe the interior design of their new home, which has an all-white facade?
"Modern French," said Jennylyn
Dennis threw in, "Maaliwalas."
He explained their design choice by saying: "Nag-research rin kami. Pinag-isipan talaga namin. Nanood kami ng maraming pegs.
"Marami kaming inspiration para sa paggawa ng bahay talaga na dream house."
Jennylyn continued: "Inupuan namin yun kasama yung interior designer para sabihin kung ano yung gusto naming feel. Ano yung style na gusto namin."
They constructed this house to become their future home together with their children: Calix Andreas Ho, Dennis's child with former beauty queen Carlene Aguilar; Alex Jazz Mercado, Jennylyn's son with former partner Patrick Garcia; and their daughter Dylan Jayde Ho.

They both laughed heartily while Jennylyn jokingly appealed to brand executives: "Skyro, baka naman."
