Sorsogon Governor Chiz Escudero's latest shopping reminder for wife Heart Evangelista once again caught the eye of eagle-eyed netizens.
Over the past week, Heart has been busy attending fashion shows of luxury brands left and right at Paris Couture Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2022 in France.
She has also been invited to exclusive VIP exhibits and shopping events.
On Friday, January 28, 2021, Heart uploaded a photo of her visit to Cartier's flagship store in Paris.
"Brb, @cartier [emoji]," Heart simply wrote in the caption of her post.
In the comments section, her husband Chiz—whom she considers her personal financial advisor and netizens refer to as "bantay"—reminded her anew to control her impulse purchases.
Chiz commented on Heart's post, "easy lang darleeeng… luway-luway lang… hahaha"
"Luway-luway" is the Bicolano word for "dahan-dahan."
But it seems Heart saw her husband's reminder a little too late.
She re-posted an Instagram Story showing her husband's comment and wrote, "Oh shoot I just saw this [emoji]"
Netizens were amused once again by his "malambing" reminder.
And it also triggered funny reactions from Heart's Instagram followers including ABS-CBN broadcast journalist Karen Davila.
Under Chiz's comment, Karen wrote, "@escuderochiz classic Chiz - good one! Bantay! [emoji] @iamhearte"
Others netizens just burst into laughter and left LOL emojis on Heart's post.
Before flying to Paris, the couple also went viral on social media after Chiz made an unexpected "cameo" appearance on Heart's Instagram Reels post. In the video, Chiz reminded Heart of their agreement when it comes to getting a new designer bag.
