Pinoy pride is punching hard on the world stage with Physical: Asia, the hit Netflix reality fitness competition, now sitting comfortably at No. 3 on Netflix's Global Top 10 Non-English Series list.
The show drops two new episodes today, November 11, 2025, which marks the beginning of the second half of the 12-episode season.
It's the third installment of the Physical 100 franchise, but the first to feature teams from across the Asia-Pacific and Oceania region.
Physical: Asia started with eight powerhouse squads entering the arena: the Philippines, South Korea, Japan, Mongolia, Thailand, Indonesia, Türkiye, and Australia—each stacked with decorated athletes and national champions.

After the sudden-death round following the second mission, both Team Thailand and Team Indonesia were eliminated.
Fans tuning in tonight brace for more heartbreak as two additional teams are expected to bow out.
In the Philippines, the series remains the country's most-watched show on Netflix, and it's not hard to see why.
Filipino viewers have rallied behind boxing legend Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao, who leads Team Philippines.
Alongside him are SEA Games sambo champion Mark "Mugen" Striegl, national rugby player Justin Coveney, and strongman Ray Querubin.
Manny's replacement when he left the show before the third mission, CrossFit national champion Just Hernandez, does not fall behind the team's credentials.
Much has already been said about the Filipino men’s formidable, all-muscle lineup.
This time, PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) spotlights the women with Filipino heritage who are proving equally unstoppable.

Alexandra Milne
Representing Team Australia, Alexandra Milne proudly identifies as half-Filipina, half-Australian.
Based in Adelaide, she’s a certified fitness coach and influencer for Move With Us (MWU), a global women’s training platform.
Growing up in North Queensland, Alexandra has always led an active lifestyle—playing netball, dancing, sprinting, and even competing in cheerleading before finding her rhythm in strength training.
According to her MWU feature, her passion for fitness came from overcoming unhealthy habits during university.
“I started training because it was the one thing I could control,” she said. “It became my anchor—proof that consistency builds confidence.”
Her coaching philosophy revolves around weight training and balance, encouraging women to lift heavy and build long-term strength rather than chase instant results.
“Being a strong female is empowering,” she added. “There’s no better feeling than lifting heavy and still feeling feminine.”
