Aubrey Miles is a hands-on mama of three kids—Maurie, Hunter, and Rocket.
The busy celebrity has posted on Instagram a video showing her "normal, everyday mommy duties."
The fitness mama said in her caption, "I'm a very active person.
"I work, exercise, do chores and take care of my kids but this is my favorite part."
In the video, her followers get a glimspe of Aubrey looking after her daughter Rocket.
She wrote, "This might not look like much for some but molding a little person is everything to me.
"This video is just a few minutes of my everyday life. It's literally non stop and on repeat mode."
Aubrey does it all on her own, wihout any help from a yaya.
"I LOVE being a mom, I like the feeling of being needed.
"I never felt more ALIVE. Worth every minute of my life and I wouldn't change a thing.
"I SALUTE all the parents out there. Unconditional Love can change you for the better.
"You'll only understand when you get there."
In the comments section, Aubrey added that it is her choice to do everything without help.
"I like to do everything anyway [heart emoji] I enjoy it"
Maurie is Aubrey's son with former boyfriend JP Obligacion.
Hunter and Rocket are her kids with current partner Troy Montero.
Rocket, her unica hija, was born on December 14, 2018.
