On International Women's Day on March 8, 2024, Kris Bernal relates her contribution to the mommy community—her thawed breast milk.

Along with a video of her storing freshly expressed breast milk inside the refrigerator, Kris explained that her baby with husband Perry Choi, Hailee Lucca, is finicky about her milk.

She wrote: "POV: A mom who collects every single drop of milk possible just to find her baby refuses it thawed and exclusively wants it always fresh. So, she just donates them!"

The 34-year-old celebrity mom was glad she produces a lot of milk, which has so far benefited a lot of babies.

"I haven’t talked about it but God truly blessed me with an oversupply.

"And, He even blessed me more by how I am able to donate to precious NICU babies or preemies and other moms who haven’t been able to do the same."
