Fashion influencer Laureen Uy is now pregnant.
On Saturday, October 26, 2024, Lauren took to Instagram to announce that she and her non-showbiz husband Miggy Cruz are going to be parents for the first time.
She posted an emotional video that shows her baby bump and clips of her unforgettable moments with Miggy, including their engagement, wedding, and finally, a positive pregnancy test result.

She captioned her post, "Can’t wait to be a family of 3 [red heart emoji]."
In a separate Instagram post, Laureen and Miggy engaging in a series of couple photos, while holding the ultrasound photos of their little one.
In the caption, Laureen wrote, "Happiness [red heart emoji]."
LAUREEN UY'S PREGNANCY VLOG
Aside from Instagram, Laureen also shared the good news in her YouTube vlog.
In the video, Laureen was seen seating beside her husband Miggy.
"We're so happy that we're finally pregnant," Laureen gushed just as Miggy brought out pictures of their baby's ultrasound.
"It's the best news ever," Miggy said, with Laureen adding that it is the "most incredible feeling" for them as a married couple.

Miggy admitted that they can't help but get nervous, excited, and anxious about taking the first step towards parenthood.
Laureen agreed, "All of these feels naman daw it's really going to be part of it, especially when the baby's here na."
The YouTuber also shared that she is now 14 weeks pregnant.
She said, "We kept it to ourselves and our closest friends and family members lang muna until we were ready to share it with the world."
HOW LAUREEN FINDS OUT SHE'S PREGNANT
According to Laureen, she discovered that she is expecting her first baby after their trip to Mallorca, Spain.
She stated: "I think I was already pregnant then, but I didn't know. Because I was still eating sushi, I was walking so many steps a day. I think we also had one night where we went out and everything was fine, except for the last night where I puked, but I thought I was just too full, or maybe acid reflux lang siya.
"Everything was normal, except for the fact that I was just always tired, I would always be so sleepy.
"So, when we got back here in Manila, I went to the drugstore and I took a pregnancy test twice."
Laureen then showed a video clip of herself reacting to the result of her test, and when she found out it was positive, she couldn't help but get emotional.
She recalled: "When I found out, I wanted to tell Miggy right away. Walang pasikot-sikot, I know kanya-kanyang surprise yun or parang way of telling your husband, but I think for me, I just wanted to tell him right away.
"So I thought of the quickest surprise to give him, which was to write on the shirt that says 'preggers.'"
"I was stunned, I was shocked. To be honest, I think this is what we've both been wanting since we got married. For me personally, I wanted to get married because I felt that I wanted to start a family," Miggy relayed his reaction after learning the news.
He added, "It was an overwhelming feeling na parang gustong sumabog ng katawan ko. But at the same time, I was trying to keep it together."

Laureen and Miggy tied the knot in Coron, Palawan in April 2024, almost a year after announcing their engagement.
