Nadine Lustre opens up about her suicidal tendency: "I never said this to anyone. I was also a little bit suicidal before. Parang, I can't take it anymore. I just wanna, you know, to kill myself.”

Siya ay 16 years old lamang noon.

Saad ng Kapamilya star, “I was completely destroyed when my brother passed away, it was super sudden po kasi.

“I was talking to him the day pa nung before he passed away.

“I was still talking to him, I was even asking him how he was, if he wants to come over, or we can watch movie, or I can take him out.

“So, parang I just felt, like, I’m his big sister.”

BLAMING THEMSELVES

“Parang meron, what we call it, parang, I was blaming myself.

“Actually, parang, we are all blaming ourselves.

"Parang, we could have saved him. We could have done something.

"Or sana, I nagged him a bit more to open up to me, you know, all those things.

“Then, I realized din po kasi na, maybe, it was meant to happen.

“Like, you can’t really stop things like that from happening.”

“He was really going through a lot based on what he was writing down.

“But he never opened up to us.

“So, I think, the most important thing you can do to a person na merong depression is to talk to him.

“Just always let them know that you have their backs and talk to them all the time and keep them company.

“Like, you know, be a good... I dunno, friend, well, like family.

“You give them advice and you listen, you have to be a very good listener.”

NADINE'S SUICIDAL TENDENCY

Lahad niya, "I think that was around 2015, 2016.

"There was pressure.

"I was really insecure.

"I had a lot of issues with myself.

“I didn't know who I was.

"I was so lost.”

“And then we went to Korea with my friends, and there was a time na I was thinking na, ‘Parang, I don’t wanna go back anymore.’

“It came to that point.”

Ani Nadine, "I never said this to anyone.

“I was also a little bit suicidal before.

“Parang, I can't take it anymore.

“I just wanna, you know, to kill myself.”

SUPPORTIVE BOYFRIEND

“It's not just because we were in love.

"He's also going through things.

“Kaming dalawa, nagtulungan kami.”
