Today, Gina Lopez's nomination for the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) secretary position gets rejected by the Commission on Appointment (CA).
Lopez holds a press conference right after her rejection and expressed her disappointment for being rejected.
After her presscon, she asked the media people present to sing with her. She sang her favorite song "I Believe I Can Fly" by R Kelly.
Last Sunday, April 30, her full version of this 1996 hit song from the movie Space Jam went viral.
