Martin Nievera appeared on Ryzza Mae Dizon’s show on GMA-7 without ABS-CBN’s permission; says he does not regret it

"I thought hindi magagalit ang mga boss sa ABS dahil... it’s just a kiddie show, she’s just a kid. Pero naka-stipulate pala sa kontrata ko na I have to make paalam before I guest to any show. So I didn’t make paalam, that is my bad, yun ang kasalanan. ’Coz I think kasi, I don’t need to make paalam, ’coz she’s [Ryzza] a little kid, but apparently I got into trouble," pahayag ni Martin Nievera tungkol sa pagge-g

Saad ng Concert King, “I don’t know why people think that way dahil ang isang artist ay nag-guest lang sa isang show.

"I thought hindi magagalit ang mga boss sa ABS dahil... it’s just a kiddie show, she’s just a kid.

"Pero naka-stipulate pala sa kontrata ko na I have to make paalam before I guest to any show.

"So I didn’t make paalam, that is my bad, yun ang kasalanan.

"’Coz I think kasi, I don’t need to make paalam, ’coz she’s [Ryzza] a little kid, but apparently I got into trouble.

"It’s just so funny because every time na nagge-guest ang ABS-CBN artists sa ibang channel, feeling ng lahat na magta-transfer na."

Diin pa ni Martin, “I am a full-blooded Kapamilya, I love it here in ABS-CBN.

“To be honest with you, and a lot of people did not know this, nangyari yun nung last show ko, Foursome, nag-air sa kabila, sa GMA.

"Channel 7 wanted me to guest me to all GMA shows para ma-promote yung show, and I was the one who refused.

"I only guested on the show of Regine, yung cooking show niya [Sarap Diva] dahil kasama siya sa show.

"No one knows here in ABS-CBN, I already edited myself out of all promos in GMA.

"My own little delicedeza rule, hindi na ako lumabas in other shows in GMA-7.

"They naman, GMA-7, understood also.

"I’M VERY SORRY."

“No, but I heard a lot of people spoke to management na mali ang ginawa ko.

"I’m very sorry I violated my rule with a little child’s show. It’s really crazy.

"If you see Kapamilya artists guest in other channel, that’s part of artistas’ world... so many people here in the industry, talagang mag-iikot-ikot kami.

"Dapat wala nang network war.

"At isa pa, dun sa isang show tulad ng kay Ryzza Mae, she’s just a little kid...

"I was asked to guest in that show for so many times but I said no kasi it’s on the other side.

"I decided to guest kasi they wanted something for post-Father’s day. I am a father, napa-yes ako.”

Sagot ni Martin, “If they want me to talk about it.

"But I’m telling you right now, publicly, I wanted to apologize for guesting in that little child’s show, then I’m apologizing in public for guesting on Ryzza Mae’s show.

"But I don’t regret it. Personally, I don’t think I did anything wrong.

“Kung may ibang shows, kunwari Eat Bulaga, or ASAP in that station, Sunday All Stars, kung nag-guest ako diyan, I can understand me getting into trouble."

OFFERS.

Parang teleserye.

"May buhay palagi, e.

"Late-night talk, walang schedule, walang time.

"People upstairs decided ’we didn’t want to continue it.’”

“I got offers all time and it’s so flattering that other stations—except ABS-CBN where we were trained and groomed so well—also want that kind of an artist.

"So blessed that I do get offers from other stations.

"But with or without a contract, I am really so in love with ABS-CBN and everybody behind and in front of the camera.

"I am full-blooded Kapamilya and I said it before, I will not transfer unless ABS-CBN tells me, ’We can’t use you anymore, we don’t need you anymore.’

"I also need to eat also.

"But with all due repsect to all networks of this country, I am a Kapamilya, a full-blooded Kapamilya.”
