Naghain ng mosyon ang kampo ni Baron Geisler kaugnay ng hatol na guilty ng Makati court sa acts of lasciviousness na isinampa ng anak nina William Martinez at Yayo Aguila laban sa aktor.

Naghain ang aktor ng Baron Geisler ng apela sa Makati Municipal Trial Court ngayong araw July, 17.

Ito ay kaugnay ng kanyang conviction sa kasong acts of lasciviousness na isinampa ni Patrizha Martinez, anak nina William Martinez at Yayo Aguila.

Ayon sa report ng Interaksyon, sa pamamagitan ng kanyang abugado na si Atty. Bonifacio Alentajan ay inihain ng aktor ang motion for reconsideration sa naturang desisyon na lumabas noong July 1, kung saan hinatulan siya ng guilty at sinentensiyahan ng "minimum of six months to a maximum of two years in prison" at pinagbabayad ng P30,000 para sa moral damages.

Ayon sa motion ng kampo ni Baron, sinabi nilang nabigo ang prosecution na patunayang may kasalanan ang actor "beyond reasonable doubt due to the absence of lewd design and force or intimidation."

Ayon sa reklamong isinampa ni Patrizha noon, "the actor, believed to be intoxicated, mashed her breasts during a party at Fiamma Bar in Makati on April 26, 2008."
