Cherry Pie Picache cries for justice for slain mother

Part of Cherry Pie Picache’s statement reads, “In behalf of my whole family, we graciously thank all of you who were there in the time that we needed it most. We would like to ask for your prayers continually. We know that our God is merciful and just and that through these all, justice will be served.”


Hanggang kahapon, September 21, ay nanatiling tahimik ang nagluluksang aktres na si Cherry Pie Picache sanhi ng malagim na pagyao ng kanyang ina.

Si Zenaida “Baby” Sison, 75 years old, ay pinaslang ng hindi pa nakikilalang salarin sa kanilang tahanan sa Quezon City, noong Biyernes, September 19.

Ngunit ngayon ay naglabas na ng official statement si Cherry Pie na ipinadala sa PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) ngayong araw, September 22, sa pamamagitan ng kanyang manager na si Ed Instrella.

Narito ang opisyal na pahayag ni Cherry Pie:

“My family is very aggrieved from this unfortunate event that happened to our mother.

“We trust that the QCPD (Quezon City Police Department) together with the Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) through their vigilance and effort will apprehend the person or persons who committed this gruesome crime against our mother and family and to our society.

“We would like to thank the office of the mayor of Quezon City, Hon. Mayor Herbert Bautista for their immediate action, Harlene Bautista Tejedor for her assistance.

“The following officers of QCPD and SOCO for their immediate and efficient processing of the crime scene: Col. Lemuel Obon, Chief Station Commander of Kamuning Police Station, Precint 10; Elmer Monsalve, Homicide Division Chief; Dra. Palima, Medico Legal SOCO; Sir Ben Corpuz, PO3 Rojas, P03 Erickson Isidro, CIDU, P02 Rodi Daproza, Councilor Inton, QC Government Undersecretary Abesamis, Baranggay Captain Tiamson, Kagawad Magno of Bgy.Paligsahan, QC.

“Also acknowledged was the Jose Family of Arlington Funeral Homes, for their valued assistance.

“In behalf of my whole family, we graciously thank all of you who were there in the time that we needed it most.

“We would like to ask for your prayers continually.
