"Pero in the end, I believe, you know, any endeavor that you go through, you have to work for win-win situation that all entities, actually, will find their peace, to find their picture.
"So, I think, hindi naman ano... things will turn out good.”
“And then, we saw it also, e, in the course of her contract, gustung-gusto niya ’pag may pelikula at gagawin niya muna yun.
“So, nag-expire yung contract, hindi na talaga kami nag-usap for any renewal.
"In the case naman of Aga, it’s also a business decision for the network because of the re-programming also that was going to happen.
"So, we were offering him sana muna program contracts for the year.
"Pero parang hindi din muna comfortable si Aga doon and we respect that.
“But ang usapan is basta’t meron kaming maayos at solid na programs for Aga, we will still sit down.”
Dagdag pa ni Mr. Lorenzana, “I think, in everything, hindi naman black and white, e.
"I guess, ang ano lang, ang kailangan lang, what we need to determine is what are mutually acceptable terms for all parties, where everybody, happy.
“It’s not black and white na dahil ayaw na namin or ayaw na nila, it’s just really finding a mutually agreeable party.
"In Aga’s case, my wife and Charlene [Gonzalez] are actually good friends.
"So, there’s no reason not to talk again, just so we find a mutually agreeable term.”
#DEARPOPEFRANCIS. Sa news and public affairs naman daw, pinaghahandaan na ng istasyon ang pagbisita ni Pope Francis sa Pilipinas sa January 15 to 19.
Saad ni Luchi, “We have a great plan for the coverage of News 5 of the Pope.
"We’re going to try to be different in our coverage.
“But off the back, we’re not going to reveal it right now, for very practical reasons, plus the concept is easy to steal.
"But suffice to say that from the title itself, you can glean that it’s going to be very different.
“For one, it’s going to be very personal, interactive.
"We’re going to make sure, as much as possible, that there is a line, no matter how imaginary between Catholics who love the Pope and the Pope himself.
“So the title of our coverage is also in keeping with the times, ’#dearpopefrancis’ and this is very personal.
"Today, we just launched our ‘send your petitions to us’ across all the platforms of TV5.
“We’re enjoining faithful Catholics to send in whatever prayer requests they have and we’re going to put up a website for it. We’re going to posts these petitions.
"We’re going to post also stories of miracles and their lives, transformations in their lives, their encounters with God through the Pope.
"And from these, we can put together, piece together a whole story of how the Pope has touched millions of Filipinos.
