SkyCable answers GMA's "malicious accusation" over loss of signal


Wala raw basehan ang reklamo ng GMA Network tungkol sa pagkawala ng cable signal, lalo na sa timeslot ng kasalukuyang hit #AlDub Kalyeserye ng Eat Bulaga.

Ito ang sagot ng SKY Cable Corporation tungkol sa reklamong inihain ng GMA sa National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) kahapon, August 27.

Ang reklamo ay base na rin sa hinaing ng #AlDub fans na nakaranas ng pagkawala ng signal ng GMA habang umeere ang kalyeserye ng Eat Bulaga.

Subalit pinabulaanan ng SkyCable ang akusasyon ng Kapuso network.

Sa official statement na inilabas ng SkyCable kaninang umaga, August 28, sinabi nitong “malicious” at “without basis” ang reklamo ng GMA.

Nakasaad din sa official statement: “If there were service interruptions that inconvenienced some of our subscribers, these were isolated and would have affected other channels, not only GMA 7.”

Gayunman, handa raw ang SkyCable na tumulong sa imbestigasyon ng NTC tungkol sa isyung ito.

Narito ang kabuuang pahayag ng SkyCable:

“If there were service interruptions that inconvenienced some of our subscribers, these were isolated and would have affected other channels, not only GMA 7.

“SKY is willing to cooperate with the NTC for any investigation they may wish to do regarding these incidents.

“To all our valued customers and stakeholders, we commit to take all necessary measures to give you the best service you deserve and continue working round-the-clock to minimize and immediately resolve any service interruptions in the future.”
