Marco Gumabao still hopeful about dad Dennis Roldan's case

Marco Gumabao on the government's anti-drugs campaign: "I support the whole drug campaign, but not the killing, because what if, for example, madamay ka lang? Sabihin lang ng isang tao na totoo, drug dealer ito, tapos shoot-to-kill, parang it's not fair. It's not fair you will be judged by one single bullet na papatay agad sa 'yo."

Ayon kay Marco, “Dinadalaw ko siya, pero now, the past month, hindi puwede because of the SAF.

“Sila yung nag-take over so the past month, hindi pa puwede.

“My dad is okay naman. My dad’s been doing a lot of good things inside.

“We’re trying to fix his case also, sana soon.

“Kami naman, we’re not hoping on other people.

“Alam namin na magbabago [ang justice system], Duterte-wise, because ang dami talagang judges or, you know, yung part na corrupt, ganyan.

“But I hope now, maging maayos na.”

Patuloy niya, “In the case of my dad, walang evidence.

“Nung dumalo siya sa hearing, he knew it’s for the decision but the decision, it was not reliable also because walang evidence against him.

“Tapos yung judge na nag-decide for him, three months pa lang naka-inhibit sa case.”

DENNIS AS A DAD.

Sabi niya, “Well, ako naman, I don’t mind because he’s my brother and he is my dad’s son.

“Gusto namin, as much as possible, malinis yung pangalan namin.”

Kuwento pa ni Marco, “We met two years ago lang, kasi yung mom niya, hindi kaagad sinabi sa dad ko na may anak sila.

“Nalaman lang ng dad ko, last two years ago.”

ANTI-DRUGS CAMPAIGN.

Sabi niya, “Ako, I’m really for it. It’s about time na maayos natin talaga lahat.

“But I’m not really for the killings because we can do it in another peaceful way.

“I support the whole drug campaign, but not the killing, because what if, for example, madamay ka lang?

“Sabihin lang ng isang tao na totoo, drug dealer ito, tapos shoot-to-kill, parang it’s not fair.

“It’s not fair you will be judged by one single bullet na papatay agad sa ‘yo.
