Tim Yap tested negative for illegal drugs

ALV Talent Circuit encourages its talents to undergo voluntary drug testing.

TV personality Tim Yap underwent two drug tests, which both resulted negative on illegal drugs such as shabu, marijuana, cocaine, ecstasy, and opium.

Sumailalim na rin sa drug test ang TV personality na si Tim Yap.

Nagpadala ang ALV Talent Circuit, ang talent management na namamahala sa showbiz career ni Tim, ng resulta ng dalawang drug tests na isinagawa sa kilalang eventologist.

Sa unang drug test, na isinagawa noong August 19, negatibo si Tim sa illegal substances na methamphetamine (na makikita sa shabu) at tetrahydrocannabinol (na makikita sa marijuana).

Sa ikalawang drug test, na isinagawa nito lamang September 26, negatibo pa rin si Tim sa dalawang nabanggit na ilegal na droga.

Negatibo rin siya sa cocaine, ecstasy, at opium.



Umaasa ang ALV Talent Circuit na sa pamamagitan ng mga nasabing drug test result, matutuldukan na ang mga espekulasyong nagdadawit kay Tim sa ilegal na droga.

Ayon sa ipinadalang statement ng ALV, “We hope to finally put to rest all speculations and reaffirm Tim’s untarnished reputation and good moral standing.”

Binigyang-diin din nila ang naging pahayag ni Tim noon, kung saan sinabi niyang handa siyang makipagtulungan sa mga awtoridad para sa kampanya ng gobyerno laban sa ilegal na droga.

Ayon sa ALV Talent Circuit, inanyayahan din ang iba pa nilang celebrities na boluntaryong magpa-drug test.

“In line with the government’s anti-drug campaign, ALV Talent Circuit, headed by Arnold Vegafria, has encouraged its celebrity talents to undergo voluntary drug testing.

“Jumpstarting the talent management company’s initiative was renowned media personality, editor and club owner Tim Yap, who submitted himself to two separate drug tests (August 19 and September 26, 2016) at a medical laboratory licensed by the Department of Health (DDOH) and duly accredited with the Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB).

“Based on the negative results of these tests, we hope to finally put to rest all speculations and reaffirm Tim’s untarnished reputation and good moral standing.

“Moreover, he has reiterated his full support for the government’s intensive anti-drug campaign, and encourages his fellow celebrities to do the same.
