“My mind is completely just thinking one thing—that what if I was on the same flight?” ani Chauhan sa panayam ng BBC News India.
“We were definitely going to reach there [airport], but somehow, the traffic… and in middle of the way, we also stopped for the breakfast.
“And somehow, I’ve reached there 10 minutes late.”
“I reached there around 12:20, straight go to the baggage check-in counter. The lady there didn’t let me check in.
“I was literally requesting her then… ‘Let me go. Let me go, I’m the only one who [got left] before boarding.’”
Hindi pinayagang maka-board si Chauhan.
Sabi naman niya sa BBC: "We got very angry with our driver and left the airport in frustration. I was very disappointed.
"We left the airport and stood at a place to drink tea and after a while, before leaving... we were talking to the travel agent about how to get a refund for the ticket.
"There, I got a call that the plane had gone down."

CHAUHAN ON THE tragic NEWS
“I was completely blank. I was numb. My body was shivering, and the first picture that came in front of me was of my son and my husband," aniya sa BBC India.
“I [was] only thinking of both of them. I am also thankful to God.
“The feeling was completely mixed and I couldn’t say anything at that time.”
“I felt this is my rebirth. I completely believe that whatever happens is meant to be.”
“I have completed my master’s degree in healthcare over there. I will go there and I want to join NHS [National Health Service].”
Sabi niya, “After seeing all of these videos and photos, I cannot get over immediately. It will take time, and then I will be able to fly again.”
Nang matanong ukol sa daan-daang nasawi sa plane crash, “It’s difficult for me,” sagot niya.
