After 12 years, the long-awaited reunion of legendary F4 finally took place on stage.
Jerry Yan, Ken Chu, Vanness Wu, and Vic Chou sent fans’ hearts into a tizzy as they performed their famous song "Meteor Rain" at the 25th anniversary concert of the band Mayday at the Taipei Dome on Saturday, July 12, 2025.
This was the Taiwanese boy group’s first performance together since the 2013 Spring Festival Gala in China.

Ken took to Instagram to share a video of the four looking so dashing, with the crowd erupting into thunderous cheers.
His simple caption was: “F4 x Mayday."
In a separate post, he uploaded snapshots of the four members hugging on stage after their performance.

Fans from around the world flooded Ken’s comments section with messages, expressing how happy they were to see the four members together on stage again.
One netizen commented, "This is a happy moment for all your fans!"
Another wrote (published as is), "MY OG FOREVER F4 IS FINALLY BACK."
Meanwhile, many fans noticed that they haven’t aged a bit. Jerry is 48, both Vanness and Ken are 46, while Vic is 44.
One added (published as is), "F4 FOREVER, Barbie Hsu is smiling and rejoicing in Heaven, happy to see you all reunited again."
F4’s Unmatched Stardom
F4 rose to fame in 2001 through Meteor Garden, based on the Japanese manga Hana Yori Dango (Boys Over Flowers), where they starred opposite the late Barbie Hsu as Shancai.

The boy group's success extended beyond television, releasing three studio albums: Meteor Rain (2001), Fantasy 4ever (2002), and Waiting for You (2007).
The quartet was active for eight years until they disbanded in 2009, two years after the group was rebranded as JVKV—derived from the initials of their first names—due to copyright issues.

Earlier, F4 was reportedly gearing up for a reunion concert in 2026.
According to The Straits Times, a Singaporean daily broadsheet, the members have agreed to reunite for a concert marking their 25th debut anniversary.
Aside from China and Taiwan, F4 may also tour other parts of Asia, the report said.
As of this writing, neither the members nor their agency has confirmed or denied the planned reunion concert.
