Ang CNB ang may local franchise ng Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss Grand International, at Miss Supranational sa Ecuador.
Kahapon, October 14, 2026, kumalat ang balitang nagtulung-tulong ang Thai fans at local media ng Thailand na mag-fundraising para ma-upgrade sana sa business class ang economy ticket ni Miss Grand International first runner-up Shyare Andrade pabalik ng Ecuador.
Economy class ticket lamang daw kasi ang ibinigay ng local organization ng Ecuador sa kanya pauwi ng bansa nila mula Thailand.
Ang flight mula Thailand papuntang Ecuador ay aabot ng 32 hanggang 38 hours o mahigit sa isang araw.
Naawa ang fans kay Shyare kaya nag-fundraising sila sa TikTok.
Nakalikom man sila ng pera na halos $1,500 (o PHP93,000), kasya lamang daw ito sa pagbabayad sa kanyang excess luggage.
Pero masaya pa rin si Shyare na umuwi ng Ecuador habang nasa economy class.

NAWAT LAMBASTS ECUADOR'S NATIONAL DIRECTOR
Ayon sa Pageantry Moments, binatikos ni Nawat ang national director ng Ecuador dahil sa pagpa-prioritize nito sa Miss Universe at pagpapadala ng runners-up imbes na magsagawa ng hiwalay na national pageant.

"Nawat criticized the national director for prioritizing Miss Universe and sending runners-up to MGI instead of holding a separate national pageant.

Si Shyare ay Top 5 finalist sa Miss Universe Ecuador 2026, at pinili na lang na maging kandidata sa Miss Grand International.
Ayon naman sa post ng Helloboss_Officials, maayos daw katrabaho dati ang local organization ng Ecuador para sa Miss Grand International.
Ngunit nag-iba raw sila ng trato sa MGI nang makuha nila ang franchise ng Miss Universe Ecuador.
