"The PMA has become aware that the unfortunate incident in Siargao involving Dr. Esterlina Tan and Madam Yeng Constantino has evolved into a court case, be that as it may the PMA is always open and offers its venue for a possible settlement between Dr. Tan and Madam Yeng Constantino."

Gen. Joselito Esquivel Jr., regional director ng Caraga Police Office, “Ngayon lang kasi kami nabigyan ng kopya so I have to ask my provincial director as to the status.

"Kasi yung kaso, bailable lang ng P30,000, so kung live pa yung warrant of arrest, she could be subjected to arrest.”
