Wish granted na ang love life ni Lovi Poe, na magdiriwang ng kanyang 31st birthday sa February 11.
“That wish has already been granted,” sagot ni Lovi nang tanungin tungkol sa kanyang birthday wish pagdating sa pag-ibig.
Kinumpirma ng Kapuso actress na boyfriend na niya ang British movie producer at medical scientist na si Montgomery “Monty” Blencowe noong September 2019.
Dahil based sa ibang bansa si Monty, long distance ang relasyon o LDR ng dalawa.
Inusisa ang aktres tungkol kay Monty, nang bigyan siya ng surprise birthday party noong February 3, Lunes, sa The Frazzled Cook Restaurant, Tomas Morato, Quezon City.
“He’s very busy now kasi po with work, and since kasi nga his field is very different from ours, talagang he has to be there.
“But I’m happy with the communication that we have,” paliwanag ng aktres.
Ayon kay Lovi, hindi biro ang LDR. Mabuti na lang daw at solid ang foundation nilang dalawa.
“I think, to be in this kind of relationship, you both have to be very solid about it and how you see each other."
Paniniyak pa niya, “We’re good. I’m happy.”
Hindi man daw perpekto ang kanilang relationship, maipagmamalaki ni Lovi na pareho sila ng gusto kaya nagkakasundo sila.
“We do have, like, moments, of course.
“Hindi mo naman maiiwasan to miss each other.
"But, I guess, since we both have our own careers, it gives us time, actually pursue our goals separately when we’re not [together], and [when we are] together as well.
"So, parang andami naming nagagawa pag hindi kami magkasama.
"But, at the same time, pag magkasama kami, we get to support each other too.”
CLOSE RELATIONSHIP WITH SISTER SENATOR GRACE POE
Sa surprise birthday celebration ni Lovi, dumating ang kanyang ate na si Senator Grace Poe at anak nitong si Brian Llamanzares.
Si Senator Grace ay adopted daughter ni Susan Roces at ng namayapang si Fernando Poe Jr. o FPJ.
Si Lovi ay anak ni FPJ sa dating model-actress na si Rowena Moran.
“I’m just really happy. Sobrang saya ko,” reaksyon ni Lovi sa pagdating ng kanyang kapatid.
“Magkausap at magka-text [kami] usually.
“I’m so happy. I love her.
“She’s amazing and she’s really nice, and I’m just really blessed to have her beside me.”
Sabi pa ni Lovi, “Sometimes kasi, we tend to forget and sometimes we forget to sit down and say thank you to people.”
