Creating content for her social media platforms is what Morissette Amon has been occupying herself with during quarantine.
The 23-year-old singer, in one of her latest covers on YouTube, shared the limelight with her boyfriend Dave Lamar, in a duet of Lewis Capaldi's breakup song, "Someone You Loved."
Calling Dave her "best friend, partner-in-everything" and "my love, Morisette gave him a shout-out, right in her video caption, for the behind-the-scene tasks she says he's been doing for her.
The Kapamilya singer wrote: "These days, I've been keeping busy with my social media platforms and here on Youtube, working on and putting out more music content for you all to enjoy.
"And for this next cover, I couldn't be prouder to collaborate on this new hit song with my bestfriend, partner-in-everything... and yes, the man behind the cinematography and creativity of my videos, who I'm now gonna pull into the spotlight.
"DJ LAMAR, my love, contrary to this song's message, thank you for making me feel less alone and for continuing to be a light in my life!"
Morissette also shared her recent realizations.
"Do you guys realize we're almost halfway through 2020 already? There's a quote I came across many years ago, it said, 'The days are long, but the years are short.'
"Crazy, time flies indeed. Yet though we haven't been experiencing much of life these past few months because of the pandemic/lockdown, that doesn't mean we still can't make the most of it during this season!"
MORISETTE AND DAVE'S RELATIONSHIP
It's not clear when Morisette and Dave started their romantic relationship.
The two were batchmates in ABS-CBN's singing competition, The Voice of The Philippines Season 1, in 2013.
In August 2019, Morisette made headlines after her father, Amay Amon, posted cryptic tweets about his daughter "eloping" with her boyfriend.
The source also revealed that Morissette was safe, and staying at Audie Gemora's house since March 2019.
Audie is the president of Stages, the talent-management company co-managing Morissette's singing career.
In April 2019, Morissette laughed off rumors that she had secretely wed her boyfriend, which were sparked by a couple photo she had posted on Instagram.
In her YouTube channel, Morissette said that they simply attended a wedding in Bohol.
