Matapos na ma-link sa iba pang babae, napabalita ring nagde-date sila ng Korean-born TV personality na si Grace Lee noong 2012.
Sa kasalukuyan, maybahay na ni Pasig Representative Roman Romulo si Shalani, kasal na rin si Liz sa businessman na si Raymond Racaza, habang si Grace ay single pa rin ngunit abala sa kanyang mga negosyo.
