Pinalagan ni Donnalyn Bartolome ang isang netizen na pinasaringan siya na nagpabaya sa kanyang “lola” matapos niyang bumili ng isang high-end sedan.
Noong Huwebes, June 24, inanunsiyo ni Donnalyn sa kanyang mga social media accounts na bumili siya ng kanyang ikatlong luxury sports car na walang ginamit na cash.
Advance birthday gift niya rin daw ito sa kanyang sarili, sa pagdiwang niya ng kanyang ika-26 na kaarawan sa darating na July 9.
Sabi niya sa kanyang post, “I bought a dream vroom vroom y’all! ackk so beautiful!
“About a year ago I wanted to buy a Maserati but it wasn’t the right time.. it finally happened. An early bday gift to myself. Last na muna ‘to haha!
“Thank you Maserati Philippines for helping me find *The One.
“Sent them an email regarding vlogging my purchase months ago and on the day of my visit, I was greeted with a royal blue bouquet of roses~ they’re so sweet! I felt so special, I had no choice but to buy! Hahahaha!

Ilang oras ang nakalipas, isa namang netizen ang nagpasaring sa kanya na bumili nga siya ng mamahaling sasakyan samantalang ang lola raw niya ay hindi man lang niya matulungan.
Paliwanag ni Donnalyn sa netizen at sa iba pang nakabasa sa kanyang post sa Facebook kagabi, June 25, “For those confused, 2 years ago, a reckless youtuber featured a distant relative, a lola, who I took care of and had my contact number to ask for help when she was struggling but chose to let an outsider use my name for attention so that her son talks to her again after her shortcomings.
"Instead of taking the wrongdoers to court,
"I forgave both of them with all my heart though it cost me my reputation and also my mental health for 1 year.
"That’s not why I’m triggered though, it’s the fact that because of what she (the lola) and the youtuber did, her relationship with her son was permanently damaged.
"I couldn’t fix it until her last breath. This was painful to bear.
"Kaya di ka dapat nakekeelam sa problema ng pamilya if you are not a part of it. Wag mo palalain.

Banta pa niya sa mga bashers, “Anyone who writes anything libelous about me or any members of my family will regret it.
