Inilabas na ng Miss Universe Philippines Organization ang listahan ng Top 15 sa Runway Challenge ng Miss Universe Philippines 2021 nitong Linggo ng gabi, August 15.
Ang nag-top ay ang pambato ng Cebu Province na si Steffi Rose Aberasturi.
Pumangalawa sa kanya ang Asia's Next Top Model Season 5 winner na si Maureen Wroblewitz (Pangasinan) at pangatlo ang young star na si Kisses Delavin (Masbate).
Ilang araw naging viral sa social media ang pagrampa ni Steffi sa ginagawa pa lamang na Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway sa Cebu.

Marami ring memes ang naglabasan dahil sa kanyang pagrampa sa nasabing tulay kung saan may hashtag pa itong #unsteffablewalk.
Ito ang naging entry niya sa nasabing challenge ng pageant.
Ayon sa announcement ng Miss Universe Philippines Organization, isang challenge na lang ang kahaharapin ng Top 75 candidates bago sila i-trim down sa Top 50.
Nagpasalamat naman si Steffi sa mga bumoto sa kanya. Hindi raw sapat ang salita sa nararamdaman niyang kaligayahan.
Nagpasalamat din siya sa mga nag-follow sa kanya sa Instagram dahil lagpas 100,000 na ang kanyang followers.
