Binawian na ng buhay ang celebrity photographer na si Raymund Isaac nitong September 3, Biyernes (U.S time).
Pumanaw si Raymund dahil sa kumplikasyon sa COVID-19 sa California Pacific Medical Center sa San Francisco, California.
Siya ay 58 taong gulang.
Sa nasabing ospital siya na-confine, mula July 24 hanggang September 3, 2021, nang tamaan siya ng COVID-19.
Kinumpirma ng nakababatang kapatid ni Raymund na si Edward Isaac ang pagpanaw ng sikat na photographer sa pamamagitan ng Facebook post.
Nagpasalamat si Edward sa lahat ng nakidasal para kay Raymund.
Sabi pa niya, "He will be missed by many most of our family and those he touched."
Noong July 24, 2021, mismong si Raymund ang nag-anunsiyo sa Facebook page niya tungkol sa kanyang kalagayan.
Aniya, “Friends I need all your prayers now. I was rushed to CPMC SAN FO hospital this morning due to lack of oxygen. I am alone here in the hospital due to Covid rules.
“It’s scary to be in a place where you don’t know anyone. Include me please in your prayers. Even Jayson Vicente can’t be with me now.”
Si Jayson ang husband ni Raymund at kasama nito sa Amerika.
FIRST JAB OF COVID VACCINE
Bago kinumpirma ni Raymund na positibo ito sa COVID-19, nag-post siya sa kanyang Facebook page ng larawan niya matapos turukan ng COVID-19 vaccine sa CVS Pharmacy sa San Francisco noong July 9, 2021.
Mensahe niya, “Taking things in control. When the situation doesn’t favor you, find other options.
“I will not be a victim of circumstance. My first jab is my first step to make sure we are safe. Here it’s a none event to get vaccinated. We should actually follow suit.”
Hindi nagkulang si Jayson sa pagbibigay ng mga update tungkol sa sitwasyon ni Raymund buhat nang ipasok ito sa ospital.
Sa kanyang Facebook entry noong August 6, 2021, muling humingi si Jayson ng panalangin para kay Raymund.
Mensahe niya, “Sadly, despite my visits, Raymund’s continues to be anxious & doesn’t sleep. As a result, his O2 levels drop & the pneumonia isn’t resolved. The medical team had no choice but to intubate him & force him to sleep. Please po keep the PRAYERS for him.
“To be honest I’m scared but I need to be strong for him. I LOVE HIM VERY VERY MUCH. HE’S MY EVERYTHING.”
Sa kanyang huling entry sa Facebook noong August 28, ibinalita ni Jayson na intubated pa rin si Raymund.
Muli rin niyang pinasalamatan ang lahat ng mga nananalangin para sa kanyang longtime companion.
Saad ni Jayson, “Today Menmen/ Raymund is stable. He remains in the ICU intubated & sedated. The medical team monitors his condition closely & I receive regular reports on his O2 levels, BP, & other organ functions. Though his condition changes periodically, I know that he is fighting hard. We all need to continue to fight with him through our prayers. He still needs us all.
“From Day 1 your prayers, concern and care has been our source of strength. God has been continuously blessing us with “angels”.
“We really appreciate your prayers, unconditional support and love. Please be by our side until Menmen is out of the hospital. Thank you. Stay well. Good Bless!”
RAYMUND AND JASON ARE MARRIED
Two days ago, ibinahagi ni Jayson sa kanyang Instagram followers ang same-sex wedding nila ni Raymund sa San Francisco, California noong July 15, 2021.
“My love to you Raymund Isaac and our faith to God is my strength.
“I know how excited you are to share this news to our love ones & friends so I’m sharing this now as your proud husband. 07.15.2021 I love you my Menmen,” caption ni Jayson sa litrato ng mga kamay nila ni Raymund na suot ang kanilang wedding rings.
Huling napanood si Raymund noong July 4 sa kanyang Facebook live session, kasama si Janice de Belen.
Masiglang-masigla na nagkuwento si Raymund tungkol sa nalalapit na biyahe niya sa Amerika, at nagbilin pa sa kanya si Janice na pasalubungan ito ng refrigerator magnet.
Si Janice at ang Star for All Seasons na si Vilma Santos ang ilan sa mga showbiz personality na malapit kay Raymund.
Malaki ang kontribusyon ni Raymund sa entertainment industry dahil siya ang photographer ng mga larawan ng mga artistang ginagamit sa fashion shoots, magazines, publicity, product endorsements, at movie posters.
