Sa silver anniversary ng U.S. debut album niyang Precious, nagdesisyon si Kuh Ledesma na i-release ito sa digital platforms gaya ng Spotify at Apple music.
Eksklusibong nakapalitan ng mensahe ng PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) si Kuh kung saan kinuwento nito kung bakit ni-release niya muli ang album na unang ni-release noong 1997.
"Marami kasing mga nagsasabi sa akin na gusto nila marinig sa mga online streaming platforms like Spotify ang previous albums ko.
"So dahil 25th year anniversary ng pag-release ko ng Precious album sa U.S. ay naisipan ko na i-release ito ngayong taon.
"Naglagay din ako ng bonus track na remix ng song na Precious. At saka yung version na ito ay meron ding NFT na nasa animalaid.io at puwedeng bilhin para sa benefit ng Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS)," lahad ni Kuh.
Tinanong namin ang Pop Diva kung bakit napili niya ang PAWS na maging beneficiary ng kanyang Precious album.
"Dog lover ako ever since. Naniniwala ako na ang animals ay isa sa mga wonderful creation ni God. So we must love and take care of God’s creation.
"Since I was a child I've had dogs and recently after so many years of not having my own dog, I now have Hopee. So sweet and talagang he keeps me company.
"Aspin sya, bigay sa akin ng daughter ko, si Isabella. Malapit sa puso ko ang mga aso and my daughter naman has another Aspin na si Tulip and one Maltese Labrador na si Ms. Daisy.
"Then lumapit sa akin ang animalaid.io at PAWS kung puwede ba akong gumawa ng for sale na NFT for the benefit of the animals that need shelter.
Ang Precious ay napabilang sa Top 20 sa U.S. Billboard jazz charts nung i-release ito nung 1997—bagay na sobrang tine-treasure ni Kuh lalo't ngayon ay marami na rin sa mga Filipino artists ang nakaka-penetrate sa U.S. entertainment scene.
"Masaya ako na may mga naka appreciate ng music ko at that time. Ngayon marami na din mga Filipinos ang may magagandang break sa U.S.
"Even Filipino Americans like Olivia Rodrigo and H.E.R. are big names in the music industry at madami na ring mga nakikilala dahil sa mga competitions.
"Pero at that time, it was harder to break into the international scene even though we tour big stadiums and cities in the States.
"But I was really happy in hindsight because of the experience I gained and what I learned from the music producers of the album."

LIFE UPDATE
Ngayon, abala si Kuh hindi lang sa singing engagements niya kundi pati sa pagnenegosyo.
Siya ang may-ari ng Hacienda Isabella destination resort sa Silang, Cavite.
"I’m busy with Hacienda Isabella kasi nagagamit siya na lock-in accomoodations and studio for TV [shows] and movies. So I make sure that maayos ang mga rooms and nami-maintain ang ganda ng lugar.
"Nagtuturo rin ako ng Bible every time na may mag-invite for inspirational talks. I also have corporate shows since puwede na ngayon."
Ibinahagi rin ni Kuh ang upcoming shows niya.
"I am part of the Gabay Guro event at saka guest ako ni Marco Sison sa show nya in Teatrino on Oct 27. I will also start recording soon.
"I also have a show with Pops Fernandez and Jaya called 3 Divas kaya medyo busy na din sa preparation. We will have a live band and it will be at Fantasy Springs Casino on November 12.
"Sa December 2 and 3 naman, I will be with Odette Quesada and Fe Delos Reyes at Newport Performing Arts Theater. The show is called All About Love."

Napanood noon si Kuh sa seryeng My Husband's Lover ng GMA-7 na pinagbibidahan nila Dennis Trillo, Carla Abellana, at Tom Rodriguez.
May tsansa kaya na magbalik-acting muli si Kuh?
"May mga inquiries na rin about me doing a TV series, and yes, I'm considering naman.
"I'm just very careful of the characters that I would want to portray especially now that I am a born-again Christian.
"I have to choose my characters kasi alam mo naman sa acting... The actor must love her character.
"What can your fans be excited about in the coming months. Any concerts? I have a show with Pops Fernandez and Jaya called 3 Divas sa Palm Springs on November 12 kaya medyo busy na rin sa preparation."
