SB19 Stell Ajero may be going solo for his stint as one of the four coaches for GMA-7's upcoming reality show The Voice Generations, but he noted that the rest of the SB19 members are supportive of his new project.
Stell is a singer, dancer, and main choreographer of the popular P-pop group SB19, who is led by Pablo and comprised of other members Justin, Josh, and Ken.

Speaking to entertainment reporters, Stell related his conversation with SB19 when he first learned about the TV offer.
"Actually, sabi ko nga, 'Bakit hindi si Pablo o si Ken o kahit sino sa aming lima? Pero sabi nila, parang siguro naisip nila na it's my time para magkaroon naman ng project na masasabing bagay sa akin.
"So, happy ako na naging same ng decision yung management, and of course yung members ko. Happy sila na ako yung napili, and sobrang excited sila, and niru-root nila ako for the show po.
"Parang sa group chat nga po namin laging ina-update sila kung ano na po yung nangyari sa shoot, kung anong ginagawa ko," Stell explained.
Smiling, he added, "And kahit sila, inaasar nila ako sa GC na parang, 'Good luck today, Coach Stell!' So happy po, nakakatuwa."

ON GMA-7 CHOOSING HIM TO BE PART OF THE SHOW
Hosted by Dingdong Dantes, The Voice Generations is composed of Billy Crawford, Chito Miranda, Julie Anne San Jose, and Stell.
Compared to his fellow coaches, Stell admitted that he is the newbie in terms of his tenure in entertainment business.
But he is looking forward to sharing best practices and experiences that he learned as a member of SB19, which is one of the few OPM groups/artists that can easily fill up Araneta Coliseum with their multitude of fans.
"Yung grupo namin turning five years pa lang po kami, pero yung suporta, pagmamahal and yung tiwala na nakukuha ko, hindi lang sa kanila, pati sa mga tao dito sa aking bagong tahanan na GMA, grabe yung suporta," said the 28-year-old singer.
Stell continued, "Talagang sabi ko, kukunin ko ito at gagawin ko yung lahat ng makakaya ko para mapakita ko sa kanila na deserving ko yung isang lugar na to para mapabilang sa mga coaches.
"Kaya masaya ako na naging Kapuso ako. Maraming-maraming salamat po."
Talking about A'TIN or the avid supporters of SB19, Stell added, "Sobrang thankful din po ako sa A'TIN kasi, sa totoo lang, sila rin yung naging reason bakit talagang naglakas-loob akong tanggapin yung project.
"Kasi kung wala naman talagang taong naniniwala sa akin, hindi ko rin pagkakatiwalaan yung sarili ko."

What qualities will he look for among the contestants who want to be part of his team in The Voice Generations?
Stell answered that he wants someone who has the same goal as him for them to be able to work closely together.
"And as talent naman, alam ko yung feeling na kumportable ako sa taong alam kong magiging kumportable rin akong makasama, lalo na sa isang competition
"So, kung hinahanap ko is mapuso lang kumanta, and siya, sasabihin niya na ako kaya kong ibigay sa iyo yung mapusong pagkanta, so I think, ikaw yung makakatulong sa akin, kaya ikaw ang pipiliin ko."
He also wants a contestant who is willing to go out of his/her comfort zone.
"Kasi naniniwala ako na parang ang isang artist kasi, once na kumportable ka na sa kung ano yung strength mo, doon ka mag-i-stay, e. Matatakot kang mag-try kasi alam mo na magpi-fail ka.
"Siguro ang sasabihin ko sa mga magiging future talent na magiging part ng team ko, 'Huwag kang matatakot magkamali. Parte yan ng pag-grow mo as artist.'
"Hindi lang artist, e. Yung pagiging tao, normal lang magkamali, at sa pagkakamaling yun, doon ka matututo."
At the same time, Stell said that it takes a lot of humility to accept one's mistake.
He elaborated, "Kasi kung alam mo sa sarili mo na nagkamali ka, at tanggap mo kung sino ka buong-buo, spiritually, mentally, magagawa mo yung lahat.
"Kasi alam mo na kung saan ka nagkamali, tatayo ka doon. Alam mo kung saan ka delikado, iiwasan mo yun. Alam mo kung saan ka kumportable, yun yung gagawin mo
"But with the right guide and tamang coaching, masusubaybayan at magpo-prosper pa, manu-nurture pa yung talent na meron siya.
"At yun yung willing kami gawin sa mga future talent namin."
