Kasabay ng successful premiere ng The Voice Generations noong August 27, 2023 ang pagpupunyagi sa apat na coaches ng bagong reality talent show.

Stellvester Ajero
Trending ang pangalan niya bilang si Stell mula sa P-Pop group na SB19.
Naging mas matunog ang pangalan niya nang inanunsiyo na isa siya sa mga apat na coaches ng The Voice Generation. Hindi maitatangging karamihan sa first batch ng contestants ang gusto siyang maging coach nila.
Kilala si Stell sa angking galing niya sa pag-awit at pagsasayaw.
Komento nga ng kapwa niya coach na si Chito Miranda, “Bilib ako sa kanya, ang galing, e."
Ang pagpuri na ito ni Chito kay Stell ay napanood sa isang episode ng Fast Talk With Boy Abunda, which was uploaded last July 12, 2023, on the YouTube channel of GMA Network.
Sabi pa ni Edgar, “He is such a revelation for me kasi ang pagkakakilala ko lang kay Stell is one of the members of SB19.
“I am familiar with SB19. Sobrang fan ako ng work nila. Pero as individuals, I didn’t know them.
"Tapos, nang ma-meet ko si Stell, he was just the guy from SB19. Never naman kaming nag-talk.
“But when we get to hang out, pictorials and everything, everything that he does is so entertaining.
"And everything that he says is so humble and may wisdom na pambata. Alam mo yung hindi nagmamarunong?
"Kung paano niya gustong i-push ang sarili niya na makikita mo how hardworking they are at kung paano niya purihin yung mga kasama niya sa group.
"And I’m a sucker for that. That’s how I talk pagdating sa band mates.
"Alam ko lahat sila may saltik pero I always see the good in them. Siya ganoon din, palaging may puri when it comes sa grupo niya.
“May sinabi siya sa akin na, ‘Kung sino yung weak, the other guy needs to be strong."
Among the four coaches ng The Voice Generations, si Stell ang maituturing na pinakabata sa entertainment industry.
Chito Miranda
Alfonso Yanga Miranda Jr. in real life, si Chito ang frontman at lead vocalist of the OPM band Parokya ni Edgar.
High school pa lang si Chito nang itinatag niya ang garage band na tinawag niyang Comic Relief.
The band's name would later be changed to Parokya ni Edgar na hango sa isang joke na nakapaloob sa Noli Me Tangere.
Julie Anne San Jose
Julie San Jose was 12 years old when she started her journey as an artist.
Bago siya sumabak sa solo stints ay member siya ng Sugarpop. Kasama niya sa group ang co-finalists ng Popstar Kids na sina Vanessa Rangadhol, Renzo Almario, Pocholo Bismonte, at si Rita Daniela, na siyang nagwagi sa show.
Despite the success na natamo ni Julie after more than a decade in show business and being hailed a Asia’s Pop Sweetheart, there was a time she almost gave up.
She revealed sa panayam sa kanya ng PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) in July 2019, "There was a point in my life na gusto ko na talagang mag-quit kasi parang hindi ko na alam anong nangyayari.
"I don't know what's going on already, like may pupuntahan ba ako, ganyan, ganyan.
"But I decided to 'kaya yan, kaya yan,' palaging 'kaya yan.'
"With the help of my family, with the help of my friends, my supporters, parang walang room for me to give up because I'm a very patient person.
"I don't really give up except or like unless na lang if I have to sacrifice one thing for another.
"Ganon naman kasi yun, e, it's how you're able to weigh things, kung ano ba yung mas priority mo.
"Ano ba yung mas gusto mo, what you have to do, what you don't want to do, di ba?
“It’s really the passion and I guess that’s one of the things na made-describe ko sa sarili ko, I’m a really career-driven person.
"It all comes from passion and as long as you like what you do, you love what you do, nagba-branch out na yan to so many things.”
Billy Crawford
Maagang nadiskubre ang angking talento ni Billy Crawford sa pag-awit.
Nagkaroon siya ng opportunity to work with Isabel Granada and Robert Ortega sa That’s Entertainment, a variety show hosted by the late German Moreno, the Master Showman widely known as Kuya Germs.
Kuya Germs was fond of recalling kung paano siya kinulit ni Billy upang maging parte ng That’s Entertainment.
Pagmamakaawa raw ni Billy sa kanya, “Sige na, gawin mo akong mascot.” pagmamakaawa pa noon ni Billy sa namayapang Master Showman.
He was 12 years old when he started taking singing more seriously. He was then living with his family in the States. Nag-enroll siya sa Professional Performing Arts School based in New York City, kung saan alumni din sina Alicia Keys, Britney Spears, Jesse Eisenberg, at Claire Danes.
Billy had his break as Michael Jackson’s backup dancer sa MTV Video Music Awards in September 1995. Naganap ito sa Radio City Music Hall, sa New York.
Bumalik siya sa Philippine TV noong June 2007 through the GMA-7 dance reality show, MOVE: The Search for Billy Crawford's Pinoy Dancers.
