Para naman kay Issa, ang pagiging supportive nila sa isa't isa ni James ang isa sa magandang parte ng kanilang relasyon.
Aniya, "The best thing, like, the love that we have is we really support each other.
"I have my strengths, he has his, so we just help each other."
Kahanga-hanga rin daw kay James ang pagiging sweet at caring nito, hindi lamang kay Issa kundi maging sa lahat ng taong nakakasalamuha niya.
Sabi ni Issa, "He’s [James] sweet, he’s very caring.
"I would say, honestly, because he has Careless under his name, some people would think that he’s careless. But honestly, he’s very caring.

Ayon kina James at Issa, hindi sila nahirapang gustuhin at mahalin ang isa't isa.
Ito'y dahil nakikita raw nila ang kanilang mga sarili sa katauhan ng bawat isa, na siya ring dahilan kung bakit nag-click sila.
"Definitely, I think I feel like he's like the male counterpart of me," pagmamalaki ni Issa.
Agad naman itong sinang-ayunan ni James.
Saad niya, "I said that in an interview earlier and was, like, 'Is that weird to say?'
"But, yeah, I feel, like, it's like she's the female counterpart of me.
"Yeah, but six months ago, we just really clicked and, you know, we've very happy.
"It's been a crazy six months, roller coaster but super happy."

Paliwanag niya, "Honestly, every single relationship you go through, like, challenges and it’s never a bad thing.
"And [it will] really test your relationship and then you see what kind of partner you have."
Dagdag pa niya, "And I think, he [James] really proved how much he could really care for me, how much, like, he was really making sure that I was healing and I was healing the right way.
"It was great."
