Nakasaad dito: "The Frederick County Sheriff's Office needs your help. At approximately 12:10 a.m., today, FCSO deputies responded to the 17500 block of Irishtown Road, Emmitsburg, Maryland, for a report of an individual possibly struck by a motor vehicle.

"A passing motorist observed a male, approximately 25 years old, lying next to a skateboard unconscious in the roadway and called 911. Upon arrival, deputies found the individual was in and out of consciousness and could not provide any information. No identification was on the person, his cell phone was locked, and neighbors and the caller did not recognize the individual.

"Where the individual was located in the roadway was at the bottom of the steep hill on Irishtown Road. No evidence of being struck by a vehicle was located or observed ie: skid/yaw marks, vehicle parts etc. Yaw marks from the individuals skateboard were observed in the roadway near where he was located.

"Injuries observed were consistent with a hard fall at speed coming down a hill and not with being struck by a motor vehicle according to Emergency Medical Services personnel.

"The individual was flown my Maryland State Police Trooper 3 to University Medical Center and is expected to survive.

"Deputies are following up with University Medical Center in attempts to positively identify the subject. At this time we have not received any calls for service related to missing persons or welfare checks. We are hoping you can help us in identifying this individual. The picture shown here is of his skateboard.”
