On October 31, 2023, during the Opulence Ball at Marquis Events Place in Bonifacio Global City, Celeste and Rhian wholeheartedly conveyed their support for Michelle.
Celeste expressed, "Well, you know, I really wish her all the best.
"I think she's got this, and I think she can really bring home the crown.
"And I just want her to enjoy every minute of it."
When questioned about offering last-minute advice to her successor, Celeste confidently stated that Michelle was well-prepared and didn't require any guidance. She simply encouraged her to relish the entire experience.
Celeste told PEP.ph, "Michelle is prepared 100%. She doesn't even really need a tip from me.
"But I really told her, 'Just enjoy, you know, you're prepared, so all you can do is to just let it go with all, you know, thoughts and anxiety.'
"Just enjoy every single minute of it because it's never coming back.
"So, hopefully, she will really bring home the crown."
Rhian and her boyfriend, Congressman Sam Verzosa, who also holds the role of Director for Charity at the Miss Universe Philippines Organization, originally planned to travel to El Salvador to show their support for Michelle. Regrettably, work obligations interfered with their plans.
Nonetheless, Rhian conveyed her message to Michelle during an interview, while at that very moment, Michelle was en route to El Salvador.
Rhian said, "Dee Dee, this moment is so bittersweet. I know you flew out today. It's bittersweet because I'm gonna miss you so much.
"Even if it's just a few weeks. But I'm also so excited for you.
"I know that this is gonna be a great milestone and turning point in your life.
"And you will get what you deserve, girl. I love you. Congratulations in advance, Miss Universe."
The grand coronation night of the pageant is scheduled for November 18, 2023, (November 19 in the Philippines).
