Kasunod nang pagbasura ng Intellectual Property Office o IPO sa trademark registration ng Television and Production Exponents (TAPE), Inc. sa pangalang "Eat Bulaga" at "EB", ibinasura rin daw ng ahensiya ang apela ng TAPE ukol sa Class 41.
Ang Class 41 ay tumutukoy sa entertainment services na wala sa trademark application ng TAPE Inc.
Sa record ng World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), ang Eat Bulaga! trademark—na nakapaloob sa "Trademark Class 16, 18, 21, 25" — ay nakarehistrong pagmamay-ari ng Television and Production Exponents Incorporated o TAPE.
Ang "Class 16, 18, 21, 25" ay may kinalaman sa "paper, leather, household utensils, at clothing/footwear/headgear" respectively.
Nakansela na ito ng IPO noong December 4, 2023.

Ibinahagi ni former Senator Tito Sotto ang development na ito sa pamamagitan ng X (dating Twitter).
Mensahe ng E.A.T. co-host, “Appeal of tape re eat bulaga IPC class 41 dismissed!
“The People recognized TVJ as Eat Bulaga! Now, GOVT officially recognizes them as such. The others are exponents of sham!”
Sinegundahan naman ito ng Sa Totoo Lang ng One PH.
Ayon sa kanila, nakarehistro na ang Eat Bulaga trademark kay Joey.
Base pa rin sa WIPO website, hiwalay na nag-apply si Jose Ma. de Leon (tunay na pangalan ni Joey) for ownership ng Eat Bulaga! trademark— sa "Trademark Class 41"— noong "March 22, 2023."
Si Joey ay parte ng original Eat Bulaga! hosts na TVJ, o Tito, Vic and Joey.

Sa ngayon, hindi pa rin ginagamit ng TVJ at legit Dabarkads ang Eat Bulaga! na titulo ng noontime show nila sa TV5.
Pero pinapatugtog na nila nang buo ang theme song ng longest-running noontime show.
