Hindi rin siya madalas nakikita ng publiko maliban lamang kung may mga post ang ilan niyang kaibigan kapag nagkita sila o nagkasama.
Kahapon, December 21, 2023, dalawang short video clips ang ibinahagi ng beauty doctor na si Dr. Aivee Teo ng The Aivee Clinic sa kanyang Instagram.
Sa unang short video ay makikita silang dalawa ni Gretchen na naglalakad sa pasilyo ng klinika ng doktora.
Sa isang bahagi ay sinabihan siya ni Dr. Aivee, “Everyone's missing you.”
Maiksing tugon ni Gretchen, “I know!”
Dagdag pa ni Dr. Aivee, “They're all asking about you. You have to say hello to everyone who misses you.”
Sambit ni Gretchen, “Hello to all my bashers. I miss you, too.
“And if I were you, I'd miss me too.”

Sa isang video, nasa isang room sila habang sumasailalim si Gretchen sa procedure na kung tawagin ay Aivee Thermage.
Ayon sa caption ni Dr. Avee, ang Aivee Thermage ay isang treatment na gumagamit ng "RF energy to heat the deep layers of the skin to stimulate collagen and elastin production resulting in a tighter, firmer, and smoother skin.”
Habang nagkukuwentuhan, nabanggit muli ng doktora kung paano na-miss ng marami si Gretchen.
At ramdam naman daw ito ni Gretchen.
Aniya, “I feel the love.”
Dagdag pa ni Gretchen, madalas siyang mag-ehersisyo kaya maayos ang takbo ng kanyang heartbeat sa edad na 53.
Tanong ni Dr. Aivee, “Is life better without social media?”
“I believe so,” tugon ni Gretchen.
Tanong muli ni Dr. Aivee, “What's your words of wisdom?”
Dito na nagbigay ng kanyang totoong nararamdaman si Gretchen.
Ramdam daw niya ang sinseridad ng mga taong nakapalibot sa kanya.
Nagagawa na raw niyang magbihis para sa sarili at hindi para sa paningin ng iba.
Saad ni Gretchen, “I have freedom to do what I want to do with all sincerity.
“I don't do things out of wanting to show people.
“I feel people more because I also feel their sincerity.
“When you give me something, it's because you know it's what I want.
“It's not the value that you're giving me.
"Because, you know, ‘Oh, she's gonna post it and everyone's gonna see it.’
“And even when I dress now, I dress for myself and not for the public. It's more real.
“And I didn't know that then, now I know it.
“I have the freedom to be safe to go wherever I want, and people don't need to know where I am, what I'm doing.
“People can just guess.”
