Filipina drag queen Marina Summers secured her spot in the finale of Rupaul's Drag Race: UK vs the World Season 2 as she entered the Top 4.
In the latest episode of the show, which aired earlier today on March 23, 2024, the five remaining queens were challenged to showcase their wit and stand-up skills in the comedy roast titled "Michelle and Graham Haters Wedding Roast."

Aside from that, they did the runway walk in the "Take Me Up the Aisle" category, in which Marina highlighted her Filipina roots once more by wearing a traditional Yakan wedding attire by Zamboanga-based designer Erich Minoza.
She immediately got positive feedback from the jury, however Tia Kofi of United Kingdom and Hannah Conda of Australia were voted the top queens of the week.
"In the roast, when you had the timing, you had us. And then when it kind of fell off or you felt the joke is not landing, then you would lose it, but I enjoyed it, and I loved your energy," Michelle Visage said to Marina.
RuPaul added, "There was a confidence there. You know, there were times when you faltered but, you know, if you were to get a second chance, I could tell that you would nail it."
In an Instagram post, Marina expressed her gratitude and deep sense of honor for the chance to showcase a Filipino tradition on the global stage.
Her caption read (published as is), "I feel honored and blessed to have been able to share this traditional Yakan wedding ceremony attire (one of the Philippines’ many ethnic groups) on the world’s stage of @dragraceukbbc.
"From Luzon, to Visayas and now Mindanao. I meant it when I say I wanted to represent the entire country."
Pinoy pride Marina currently holds three RuPeter badges from the lipsync challenges she won throughout the competition.
