Isusunod na raw ni Max Collins ang planong pagdi-divorce nila ng estranged husband na si Pancho Magno.
“No, it’s not active as of now, but soon. We already talked about it, so that’s something we’re working on,” ani Max ukol sa planong pagdi-divorce, ulat ng 24 Oras ng GMA Integrated News.
Hindi kinikilala ang divorce sa Pilipinas, subalit si Max ay Filipino-American.
“Because I’m an American citizen, I’ll divorce,” sabi niya.
Kinumpirma ni Max ang paghihiwalay nila ng fellow Kapuso actor noong May 2023. Ikinasal sila noong December 2017.

Mayroon silang anak na lalaki, ang three-year-old na si Skye.
Dahil sa failed marriage, hindi na raw naniniwala sa kasal si Max.
Sabi niya, “Ako, I don’t believe in marriage. No, I’m sorry, I don’t.
“I mean, I don’t personally… I believe in marriage for everyone else.
“I think for me, I feel like that doesn’t… hindi yun yung basehan of what love means, to be married, no…”
Katuwiran pa niya, “You can still love each other and be together without being married. It’s really a commitment.
“So, even if you marry each other, that doesn’t mean you’ll be together forever.”

MAX HAPPY WITH CO-PARENTING WITH PANCHO
Bagamat hiwalay na sila, nilinaw ni Max na co-parenting sila ni Pancho sa kanilang anak.
Idinagdag din niyang effective ang kanilang setup.
Sabi ng Kapuso actress, “We’re good, we’re great. It really works for us.
“It’s been very healthy and we’re both happy and our son is very happy. And really it worked out for the best.”
