Months after proclaiming their love for each other, Daniel Matsunaga and Erich Gonzales will be starring in a teleserye together.
They are paired with each other in the upcoming ABS-CBN series titled Be My Lady.
The two will give life to the love story between a foreigner and a Pinay and show viewers what goes on in an interracial relationship.
“Nakaka-excite yung Be My Lady kasi romantic comedy siya tapos yung kuwento niya ay light at happy lang. First team-up din namin 'to ni Daniel in our own teleserye kaya sana abangan at suportahan nila ang project naming ito,” Erich was quoted as saying in a release provided by ABS-CBN corporate communications.
As for Daniel, he was quoted as saying:
“I am very happy because I’ll be working with Erich. This is the first project with me as the leading man, so I am really thankful to the bosses for giving me this opportunity.”
It will be recalled that in late April, Daniel and Erich shared sweet photos of them on their respective Instagram accounts.

The two became close to each other while starring in the now defunct teleserye Two Wives and during their guest appearances in ABS-CBN's morning lifestyle program Kris TV.
