Ate Gay rushed to hospital due to chemotherapy side effects
Ate Gay is back in the hospital after experiencing side effects from his chemotherapy, a month after completing his treatment for stage 4 cancer.

Muling isinugod sa ospital ang komedyanteng si Ate Gay makaraan ang isang buwan matapos makumpleto ang kanyang chemotherapy at radiation treatment.

Sa isang post sa Facebook nitong Martes, December 2, 2025, nagbigay ng update si Ate Gay—Gil Morales sa totoong buhay—kaugnay ng pakikipaglaban niya sa mucoepidermoid carcinoma cancer.

Pagbabahagi niya, isinugod siya sa Asian Hospital and Medical Center sa Muntinlupa City nang makaramdam siya ng side effects mula sa kanyang pagpapa-chemotherapy.

"Late na ako nakaranas ng side effect .. di makakain dahil sa daming singaw ng bibig ko kaya nagpaconfine,” pagbabahagi ni Ate Gay.

Kalakip nito ang litrato niya habang nakahiga sa hospital bed at may nakakabit na IV fluid.

“48 hours yan nakatusok sa akin yan muna Ang paraan ng pagpapakain,” aniya pa.

ATE GAY completes chemotherapy for stage 4 cancer

Maraming tagahanga si Ate Gay ang nag-alala sa kanyang kalagayan lalo na't noong November 27 lang nang isapubliko ng komedyante ang good news na nakumpleto na niya ang chemotherapy at radiation para sa stage 4 cancer.

Noong September 19 nabunyag ang pagkakaroon ng cancer ni Ate Gay.

Simula nito ay mabilis na bumuhos ang kaliwa't kanang tulong sa kanya mula sa mga kaibigan sa showbiz at fans.

Katunayan, ang kanyang pagpapagamot sa Asian Hospital and Medical Center ay sagot daw ng isang anonymous donor.

Pati na ang kanyang tinitirhang condominium unit sa Las Piñas City ay pahiram daw ng nagmamalasakit na fan.
