Megastar Sharon Cuneta has officially entered her senior-citizen era—and she’s embracing it with pride.
On Instagram on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, the sexagenarian actress-singer shared a photo of her senior citizen ID, which she received shortly after celebrating her 60th birthday on January 6.

Instead of shying away from the label, Sharon appeared happy and confident as she captioned her post (published as is), "Heto na siya!!! (Siempre inalis ko ibang info, pero ito na Senior Card ko!!!) Hahahaha!!! Yahooo!!!!"
"AGING, MY FRIENDS, IS A PRIVILEGE!!! Thank You, Lord!" she added.

Fans and fellow celebrities quickly flooded the comments section with messages of love and support, with many pointing out that Sharon continues to look youthful despite her new “senior” status.

In the Philippines, citizens aged 60 and above are entitled to senior benefits, which provide a 20 percent discount and Value-Added Tax (VAT) exemption on certain goods and services.
These include medicine, consultations, laboratory tests, transportation fares, dining, hotels, movie theaters, and some entertainment services.
