Binasag na ni Gil Cuerva ang kanyang katahimikan ukol sa pinag-uusapang leaked video scandal na kinasasangkutan niya.
Sa pamamagitan ng Instagram ngayong gabi ng Huwebes, March 5, 2026, nagbigay ng maikling pahayag si Gil ukol dito.
Ayon sa Kapuso actor, ang nasabing video ay ini-record nang hindi niya alam at walang pahintulot.

Saad ni Gil: "Hey everyone. I just want to briefly address the issue that had circulated online over the past few days.
"This will be the only time I speak about it, and I will not be commenting any further after this.
"The video being shared online was recorded without my knowledge or consent during a private moment."
Ipinaalala ni Gil na ang paggamit ng hidden camera at ang pagbabahagi nito sa iba ay seryosong paglabag sa kanyang privacy at itinuturing na krimen.
Kasunod nito, nagpasalamat si Gil sa mga kaibigan at kakilala na nangumusta sa kanya at ipinagtanggol siya.
Pahayag niya: "The use of a hidden camera and the distribution of that recording are serious violations of my privacy and constitute a crime.
"Thank you to my friends and family who reached out with support during this time, and thank you to those who spoke up to defend my name."
Sa kabila ng masalimuot na pangyayaring ito, tiniyak ni Gil na "okay" lang siya at magpapatuloy pa rin ang buhay para sa kanya.

LEXI GONZALES DEFENDS EX-BOYFRIEND GIL CUERVA
Isa sa mga dumipensa kay Gil ay ang ex-girlfriend niya at Kapuso actress na si Lexi Gonzales.
Sa post ni Lexi noong March 1, 2026 sa X, sinabi niyang ang pagpapakalat ng maling impormasyon tungkol sa isang tao ay may kaakibat na malaking kaparusahan sa batas.
Sabi niya sa isang post (published as is): "Disgusting how some people are like flies who flock on other people's dirty laundry.
"You guys are absolute scum of the Earth.
"Spreading false information and manipulated content of someone is punishable by law."
Itinuring din niyang repulsive o nakakadiri ang paninira ng netizens sa kapwa.
Saad niya, "Kadiri kayo. Repulsive. You wouldn't know what that means kasi nothing disgusts you."
Binuweltahan din ni Lexi ang isang netizen na nagkomento na mabuti raw at "kumawala" na siya kay Gil.
