Ryan Bang has confirmed that he and fiancée Paola Huyong have ended their relationship.
The It's Showtime host opened up to comedian Vice Ganda about the circumstances that led to the breakup of their two-year romance in an episode of the YouTube vlog Mga Naka-Naka Kong Broken, Nagsalita Na! released on Saturday, June 6, 2026.
According to Ryan, differences in values and perspectives about marriage eventually took a toll on their relationship.
"Magkaiba pala yung paniniwala, magkaiba pala yung gawi, tsaka magkaiba pala yung thinking, lalo na pagdating sa marriage," shared Ryan.
Ryan, who's been single since January of this year, said that he did everything he could to save the relationship.
"Tinray ko, e, tinray ko na ayusin. Kasi alam ko, nung panahon na yon, hindi ko maintindihan ba't di umabot ng ganito," added Ryan.
Speculation about trouble in couple's relationship first surfaced in September 2025 after Paola deleted their engagement photos from Instagram.
In a December 2025 article by PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), sources claimed that the couple had quietly separated earlier that year.

NO THIRD PARTY WAS INVOLVED
Like many breakups, the separation has sparked questions about whether a third party may have been a factor.
Ryan, who himself was caught off guard by the breakup, denied any third-party involvement, saying the breakup stemmed from personal differences.

"Siyempre sa relationship, meron din akong kasalanan, pero I never cheat. Hindi totoo yun, yung sinasabi ng mga tao," stressed Ryan.
"I never cheat. Even before, I never cheat. Hindi ako ganun. Serious din ako sa relationship."
Ryan admitted that the breakup was particularly painful because both families had hoped they would eventually work things out.
He described Paola's family as "sobrang bait" and expressed gratitude for the kindness they showed him throughout the relationship.

He went on to describe the emotional toll of the breakup, saying: "Talagang tigil ang mundo. Sobrang hirap. Sobrang pagsisisi nung lahat.
"In all of my life, yun yung pinaka-hard and darkest time of my life."
Ryan publicly confirmed his relationship with Paola on It's Showtime in August 2023.
The couple became engaged in June 2024 after Ryan proposed at Siesta Horchata Café in Quezon City, a business owned by Paola.
