Hindi pabor ang veteran singers na sina Nina, Top Suzara, at Thor Dulay sa pagre-record ng fans ng live performances sa concerts para sa kanilang social media content.
Naging viral ang usaping ito matapos i-call out ng kapwa nila singer na si Ice Seguerra ang mga nag-upload ng recording ng kanilang katatapos lamang na Sessionistas: The Playlist concert.
Nakakuwentuhan ng iilang press, kabilang na ang PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), sina Nina, Top, at Thor sa intimate presscon ng NINA XX: The Repeat concert noong Setyembre 2, 2026, sa isang restaurant sa Quezon City.
TOP SUZARA
May sariling pananaw si Top sa isyu ng pagre-record at pag-upload ng buong concert.
Aniya, pamilyar siya sa usapin at nakita raw niya ang naging pahayag ni Ice tungkol dito.
Saad ng Freestyle vocalist: "I know about this. Medyo may mainit na usapan ngayon yan, e.
"You know, even si Ice medyo... he posted also something about that. I think I was the first one to comment on Ice's post, e.
"Because we also have guests coming in smaller venues that hindi pa nag-start, naka-propped na yung camera nila.
"And then they record the whole thing and they post it as content on their own respective pages."
Para kay Top, naiintindihan niya kung may mga gustong magbahagi ng maiikling video mula sa kanilang napanood na concert.
"I think na, if you wanna post like a snippet, that's fine. We're actually grateful, you know, as artists.
"But I think to post the whole show takes away from the whole experience of it na, e.
"Unang-una, I don't know, are you enjoying the show or are you just here for the content?"
Bukod sa epekto nito sa mismong live experience, binanggit din ni Top ang usapin ng copyright.
Paliwanag ni Top: "Kasi you're going to try to monetize it, which I don't think that's going to be possible because you're gonna get copyright strikes all over, all around your page.
"Because all these songs or some of the songs, like, even my songs, they're published from this label nito, ako yung publisher nito, ito, iba yung publisher nung songs nila.
"So, lahat yun magco-copyright strike yun."
Ngunit higit sa technicalities, sinabi ni Top na mahalaga ang respeto sa concert at sa mga taong bumili ng ticket.
"But even going away from the technicality na ganun, I think agree ako kay Ice, e, that if you paid the ticket to a show, [it] doesn't entitle you to record it and upload it as yours, as content.
"It entitles you to come and share the experience, share, share the night together.
"Kasi what we want to do is really, yeah, we want to perform for you, but we also want you to be part of the evening," saad niya,
THOR DULAY
Para naman kay Thor, nauunawaan niyang may vloggers na nagpo-post ng performances online, pero naniniwala siyang dapat isaalang-alang ang effort ng mga taong nasa likod ng concert.
"Saguro ano, respeto lang din sa mga vloggers na nagpu-post ng mga shows ng iba lalo na yung show ni Ice, di ba?
"Kasi siyempre, gumastos yung mga tao, maraming nag-isip for that, maraming nag-conceptualize, maraming areglo ng mga songs na ginawa.
"Siguro kung puwede, siguro kung snippets lang ha...
"Alam mo wala akong problem, pero kung whole song na ibang usapan na yun.
"And yun, respeto lang sa mga naghirap para sa show. Yun lang siguro," pananaw ni Thor.
NINA
Katulad nina Top at Thor, okay lang din kay Nina ang pagkuha ng maiikling clips mula sa concert.
Pero ibang usapan na raw kapag buong show na ang ina-upload online.
"Yeah, yung mga nag-ipon din to go to the show," sabi ni Nina.
"Yeah, for me, I had my fair share of those kinds of people, like, yun nga, uploading the whole show, made sense of our show, and you cannot screen all of them.
"So sa akin, parang, 'Okay, it's fine.'
"Pero sana maintindihan din nila na yung mga snippets, ng mga videos, that's fine.
"Kasi it will also promote our show, it will also promote us na parang, 'Oh, proud sila na napanood nila yung show.'
"Pero yung whole show siguro, parang hindi na masyado."
Aminado si Nina na mahirap ding kontrolin ang lahat ng nanonood at nagre-record ng kanilang performances.
"You cannot screen all those people, e, di ba? Kung minsan iwan mo na lang sa kung sino man yung nagha-handle ng social media mo.
"Sino magtingin, ang dami nila, di ba? So paano? Di ba?" saad niya.
Gayunman, umaasa si Nina na mauunawaan ng fans na mas espesyal pa rin ang mismong live experience, lalo na para sa mga gumastos para mapanood ang kanilang mga paboritong singer nang personal.
"Pero yun nga, snippets okay, pero know that siguro pag whole show, huwag. Kawawa naman yung nagbayad, di ba? Para mapanood physically, ganun.
"Siyempre mas maganda naman yung physically, kita niyo, wag lang sa YouTube lang or wherever.
"Maamoy niyo kami, makikita niyo kami in person."

NINA XX THE REPEAT CONCERT
Maraming fans ang nag-request ng repeat concert ni Nina dahil successful ang NINA XX: The Anniversary Celebration na ginanap sa Newport Performing Arts Theater, Pasay City, noong May 9, 2026.
Kaya naman magkakaroon sila ng NINA XX: The Repeat concert sa darating na September 24, 2026 sa parehong venue pa rin.
Sabi ng Diamond Soul Siren, "t's Nina the repeat, but some of the songs, we added some songs that some of the audience requested for us to add because it was too hard for us to include all of the songs.
"All of the songs that I usually sing in my shows and everything.
"But, the songs that were most requested after the Nina XX repeat were the ones that we included in the concert."
Bukod kina Thor at Top, makakasama rin ni Nina sa kanyang concert si Christian Bautista.
Si Calvin Neria ang director ng show at si Soc Mina ang musical director.
May iilang tickets na lamang daw ang natitira para sa repeat concert.
