The royal diwatas of Encantadia 2005 have already recognized their new heirs.
The original Sang’gres of Encantadia: Sunshine Dizon, Iza Calzado, and Diana Zubiri sent congratulatory messages to the new stars of the telefantasya's “requel.”
Yesterday, April 4, it was announced that Glaiza de Castro, Kylie Padilla, Gabbi Garcia, and Sanya Lopez will take over the roles of the Sang’gres Pirena, Amihan, Alena and Danaya, respectively.

In her Twitter account, Sunshine showed how she truly tuned in and waited for the announcement about the Sang’gres in the 2016 version.

She then congratulated Glaiza, who will take over her role as Pirena, the guardian of the elemental gem of Fire, as well as the other stars who will portray the other Sang'gres.

Sunshine also congratulated Rochelle Pangilinan and Carlo Gonzales, who are also managed by her manager Perry Lansigan.
Rochelle will take over the role of Agane (first played by Leila Kuzma) while Carlo will portray the role of Muros (first played by Arthur Solinap).

Iza formally passed on the role of Amihan to Kylie via her Twitter account. Amihan is the guardian of the air gem.
