Pahayag ng actress-TV host, “I will say nakapahinga talaga yung voice ko… gumanda. Gumanda talaga!

“I wouldn't say sobrang ganda pero may improvement. At hindi lang yun, what’s great about now, I’ve been able to take voice lessons again. Talagang nag-prepare ako for this.”

Saad niya, “Sobra akong excited at kinakabahan. The truth is lagi akong magdedesisyon na, 'Sige, ituloy natin.

“Parang it was a constant battle within me.

"Pagdating ko pa lang [mula sa Melbourne, Australia], which is a year ago.

"Parang ako, ay, takot muna ako bilang I have a baby. It was a lot of preparation for me, being able to be ready to be onstage again, but I think that’s what’s great about this concert.

“It’s really a kick-off party of a comeback. Eto na, I’m ready na to start working again. To go back again to my passion, which is acting.”

“Parang ito na, we’re back. We’re coming back full force and this is for everyone behind the scene as well.

“I did band rehearsals with Sir Louie [Ocampo] and he was saying it’s been two years since they all performed as a band. Even the dancers, this is their first concert again after two years.

"So, parang lahat kami, 'Kaya ba natin ito? Laban lang! Laban lang tayo!'

“It has become an inspiration. It’s just not a title of a concert but it’s what’s driving all of us.

“We can do this because I think like all of us has become so rusty. Not just me but everyone, even our staff, kasi parang ngayon lang nabubuhay ulit… people are moving forward finally.

“I’ve been doing dance rehearsals, at least twice or thrice a week just to get movement in my body again.

“I’ve been doing the band rehearsals. I’ve been taking up voice lessons.

“I am really preparing myself because it was two years of normalcy for me and being a mom, the most singing that I was doing was nursery rhymes. I’ve been doing it for several months now.

“And in terms of films, Viva has also been sending me different scripts. When will we shoot that? We’re still trying to figure it out kasi we’re still dealing with the pandemic.”

“She loves to sing. She loves to do ballet. Sobrang bibo talaga.

"And she can sing, like, kapag nagpa-practice ako ng mga kanta ko, napi-pick up na niya yung mga kanta. Ang cuuteee!

"I’m also excited for her to see her mom fly [sa Luv-Anne].”
