Hindi makapaniwala si Xian Lim na limang taon na ang nakalilipas mula nang lumipat siya sa Viva Artists Agency (VAA) noong January 2018.

Nitong Martes ng hapon, March 28, 2023, muling nag-renew ang aktor ng exclusive contract sa kanyang home studio.
Pero malaki na ang pagkakaiba: limang taon ang bisa ng bagong kontrata ni Xian at hindi lamang isa kundi tatlo ang pinirmahan niya.
Ayon sa aktor, maituturing na isang karangalan ito para sa kanya.
“We’re signing three contracts, and I’m very happy to announce that I’m signing my Viva Artists management contract.
“I’m also signing my films contract and I’m also signing my directing contract for Viva, so I take so much pride in that.
"Thank you to the bosses, sa trust that they gave me and they continue to give me," saad niya.
Maligayang-maligaya si Xian sa landas na tinatahak niya bilang aktor at direktor.
“Ang bilis ng panahon, ang bilis ng oras," sabi ng actor-director.
"I guess it’s because masaya rin. Parang naglalaro lang, at the same time, maraming natututunan.
“It feels wonderful to be part of Viva family. They stay true to their promise. Dire-diretso ang trabaho and I felt my efforts were appreciated.
"Kumbaga, yung pagod at puyat na ibinibigay ko to study the role, because of the respect I have for the audience, napapansin naman yon ng mga bosses. I’m super happy.
"I take so much pride in being part of the Viva family and it’s because I learned so much.
"And hindi ko lang sinasabi na may mga natutunan ako dito. The work speaks for itself sa variety of projects na naibigay nila sa akin.
"I can’t help but learn a lot from different roles, from different genres na naibibigay nila sa akin."
Lubos ang pasasalamat ni Xian sa mga boss niya sa Viva Entertainment.
Humarap sa contract renewal signing ni Xian sina Viva Communications President and CEO Vincent del Rosario, Viva Artists Agency head Veronique del Rosario-Corpus, at Viva Content Creation and Development Senior Vice President Val del Rosario.
Ayon kay Veronique, “It’s been a wonderful five years with Xian. He’s part of the family and we’re hoping for… kung anong gusto mong magawa, magawa natin, especially movie directing.”
Binigyan naman ni Vincent ng importansiya ang talent ni Xian bilang aktor, direktor, at singer.
Papuri niya, “Xian is a cornerstone leading man for us. Never yan mababakante sa amin.
“Of course, part ng relationship now is to harness yung kanyang creativity. Yung pagdidirek kasi bihira yung dehyphenated na actor na maraming puwedeng gawin.
“We need new blood behind the camera. Yung pag-aartista naman niya, established na.”
