Pahayag niya: “An initial review of university records shows absolutely no complaints, warnings, or communications regarding student safety in this matter. Nor was there anyone asked to be silent about this."

EFI BALDWIN'S ALLEGATIONS
“Hello, my name is Efi...I’ve been married to Tab Baldwin since 2011. I am officially still married to him.
“However, in early 2020, I had to flee away from Tab for the sake of myself and my kids, to keep us safe.
"This video is because of his latest interview. When he talks about his family, I want to make sure that he doesn’t represent me or my kids.
"At the time, I repeatedly told the Ateneo University that children are not safe around him and it was their duty to remove him. I urged them to move him away from the campus, the university campus.
"And they proceeded to launch a campaign of intimidation and silencing."
“Rovelyn and Elias, the death of your kids were not only predictable but preventable.
“The bodies of your kids are still warm and he’s talking about moving on. That’s terrible.
"Please [don’t] believe him.
"I urge the Filipinos and the police there to keep asking why he was still allowed around children in spite of these warnings,” ang kabuuan ng mensahe ni Efi.

ATENEO DE MANILA'S RESPONSE
Samantala, binanggit din ni Fr. Yap ang nagkalat na fake news.
“We would also like to address the increasing distortion of facts circulating in public regarding Ateneo’s alleged prior knowledge of safety risks and accusations of institutional intimidation."
“We really have no direct information on this so far; in fact, there was never any, as far as we know."
Pero isasama raw ito sa scope of work ng independent fact-finding body na nag-iimbestiga sa mga nangyari.
MORE ALLEGATIONS FROM TAB'S STEPDAUGHTER

Ang latest news about him: Nag-resign siya bilang coach.
Bahagi ng kanyang sinabi sa video na may habang eight minutes and thirty-nine seconds: "As a coach, we are entrusted with the growth of our basketball players, the development of these young men into future professionals.
"But mostly, as a coach, I'm entrusted by you, the parents and the families, with first and foremost their well-being.
"And in this, I feel I've failed. And I'm sorry. To the depth of my being, I'm sorry."
