Lorraine Taguiam at Atty.
Nakasaad dito:
“Villa Medica Philippines or VMP, including any clinic or branch operating or represented in Newport Mall or Bonifacio Global City, is not connected, affiliated, authorized, licensed, endorsed, or approved by European Wellness, 'EW' Villa Medica Germany or Villa Medica Germany.
“This clarification covers any website, image, certificate, social media page, representative, officer, employee, agent, clinic, branch, services, product, treatment, protocol, transaction, payment, or representation made under or through Villa Medica Philippines or VMP.”

“Villa Medica Philippines, also known as VMP Regenerative Clinic or EW Villa Medica BGC was never licensed, authorized or accredited by the European Wellness Biomedical Group.
"The products and services that the BGC Centre currently offers are not supplied or provided by Villa Medica, and its treatments are not under our supervision.”

“There could be a possible liability, pero as of now, we cannot determine pa.

Villa Medica Philippines Responds
Maikli ang kanyang sagot: "Our legal firm will handle this issue.”

"VMP Medical, Inc. issues this formal statement to clarify its legal status, corporate independence, and ongoing operations following recent public advisories regarding foreign clinic licensing.
"VMP Medical, Inc. explicitly clarifies that it is in no way connected to, affiliated with, or operating under EW Villa Medica Germany.
"Since August 2025, VMP Medical, Inc. has operated as a fully independent, Filipino-owned healthcare entity. The company does not represent itself as a franchise, branch, or subsidiary of any overseas clinic or foreign group.
"The decision to end the partnership with EW Villa Medica Germany was initiated by Board of Directors of VMP Medical Inc.
"This separation was prompted by operational constraints under the previous agreement that restricted local innovation, limited treatment development, and hindered efforts to make quality regenerative care economically accessible to Filipino pa-tients.
"Our decision to transition into an independent entity was guided entirely by our commitment to patient welfare, clinical integrity, and the integration of authentic Filipino care and values into our practice.
"By removing external restrictions, we are now fully empowered to innovate, expand our capabilities, and deliver world-class medical services at a price point that serves our local community.
"VMP Medical, Inc. continues to operate with complete clinical independence, supported by a track record of successful patient outcomes, renewed hope, and improved quality of life, while strictly following international standards for healthcare.
"The management extends its sincere gratitude to its patients, medical staff, and partners for their continued trust and confidence. VMP Medical, Inc. remains steadfast in its mission to de-liver compassionate, high-integrity medical care tailored to the needs of the Filipino people.”
